I've been living here for 3 years I haven't had any problems I'd love to hear the residents are very nice and very respectable if they can take care of the issue they will try to take care of it or the next day I have no plans to move and we look out for each other

My wife and I have been here for 5 years and we love it. It's clean, well maintained, and staffed 24/7. We feel safe and secure here and have had no issues at all. Stores are close by and the neighborhood is one of The Best. If you've never lived in a high-rise, it may take getting used to, but it is well worth it. The grounds are well maintained and quite inviting. Hope this helps someone who might be interested.

If you are truly engaged in retirement, please don't move to this building. It is run by an incompetent (was - she retired and the husband continues his tenure as Bully in Chief). Things have changed so much throughout the years (required age of 62 down to 55 - meaning the local drug dealing thugs are allowed to move in because they are personal friends of Management - if that's what you want to call it). Bedbug ridden and infested. Although after year after year of rent increases, the problems never cease. Imagine that. Plus, they are very acquainted with Rep Mary Pat Clarke, who upon special requests happened to get people moved above the waiting list - go figure. You would rather stay at the local SPCA. Rules change upon convenience ($25 parking fee, although the property is privately owned) and a joke of management. Please, don't under any account consider this place for a home, unless you are happy being around pill poppers and pill dealers. It was brought to management's attention (couple, Arthur and Laura Ruby), but all they did was threaten the tenants. I do not understand how HUD has allowed this to happen, but believe me, it has. Our seniors deserve better than this. Imagine working your entire life to be saddled with these incompetent fools. Especially, when you are now dependant on a fixed income. How the board (which as I currently understand has the moron wife of said manager now a participant) allows this is also beyond me. If you disagree with them, you will be barred for life. Without substantial wrongdoing and Mary Pat Clarke will back them. Pathetic.
