The visit was excellent overall. The medium hot mocha latte with almond milk was executed perfectly and was quite tasty. I particularly appreciated the good ambiance, the friendly service, and the strong sense of community present. Such positive elements create a truly refreshing environment for the start of the day. The only factor worth noting is that Starbucks' pricing is slightly more elevated than Dunkin'.

I ordered 2 drinks online before heading to the store(10 minutes prior). Online it stated that the drinks would be ready within 10 minutes. After 25 minutes and getting 1/2 drinks we asked staff if our drink would be coming and they stated they are behind. We were now running late for an event so left without our second drink. The worst service possible!

I've always loved chai/chai frappuchinos since I was a kid, but the flavor is always barely there - until now!
I've tried asking for double the chai at other locations, for the maximum amount, but was embarassed to say that it was still barely flavored. I'd never been to this starbucks before so I placed an online order adding the max amount of chai. For the first time in my life it was TOO STRONG.
The nice lady at the front remade it for me, I asked for my recent-usual 8 full pumps, and was shocked to find it was still extremely strong and much darker than any chai frappuchino I've gotten from a different location. I don't know what the difference is, but I will definitely order here again (and try going down to 6 pumps) because FINALLY the frappuchino tastes like chai! The color speaks for itself - usually they're barely off-white.
9/29 update - I went back and ordered one with only 5 pumps of chai and it was PERFECT. I haven't had a chai frappuchino this good in years. They were super busy this morning but had my drink and breakfast sandwich ready to go when I got there (8 minutes after ordering). I don't know what they do differently compared to other starbucks locations but there's a reason they're rated 4+ stars.

This summer, I got a summer Berry Lemonade drink. I tried the drink. It was delicious. The only problem was that the bubbles was not bubbling normally like how I usually get it. Other wise, everything else is good.

If only all Starbucks were like this! 6am and Tyson and Indie were bright and chipper. Every customer was greeted when they walked in. Both team members were engaging and friendly. Indie even brought order to our table.
The tables along the windows had cushioned seats. A VERY nice departure from the scrappy wood chairs. Music was at a good volume - no so loud you couldn't talk.

Myself and my son visited this location before his soccer game. He loves the iced lemon cakes and likes to enjoy one after his game while I always get a signature drink. As you can see in the picture a tray of pastry items are parked next to the counter. My son walks over and gets the cake he wants, brings it to me and ask can If he can get it, as always I reply yes.
The lady circled in the picture sprints from the barista area shouting they are frozen as I'm holding the cake in my hand. I reply 'no it's not frozen and squeeze the cake ' which leads me to believe that the frozen cakes are not for sale yet. She then takes the cake out my hand and says "It doesn't matter it's for tomorrow" not only was I livid that she took the cake out my had she tossed it back on the rack with the other pastries. As I continued to order my drink I assure my child that we will go to another place to get him something. The same lady who went back to the barista area walks back over to the pastry tray grabs a cake and tossed it on the counter mumbling something as she walked away. Clearly now I'm holding my composure because she has displayed her horrible work ethics 2x within 5min. I tell the gentleman ringing me up for my coffee that I don't want the cake the way she just tossed it on the counter and mention how she just snatched it out my hand 25sec ago. The cashier says nothing he just has a dumbfounded look on his face. I get my coffee leave out pissed and give my coffee to a homeless person.
It's bad enough that the music in this store is always SUPER LOUD now I have to deal with rudeness, hostility and damn near assault. It's camera's in the store go back and run the video. I've never had any place of business take something out my hand the way this lady did. If my child was not with me it would have went a completely different way! I hope this gets addressed and I will be making a formal complaint to corporate office. Wasted my time money and points but gifted with a dose of disrespect. Staff needs professionalism training, work ethics, and boundaries training immediately. I've NEVER experienced this type of behavior. I don't know if Starbucks has a secret shoppers system if not I sure would sign up to work it and report the findings. Respect goes a long.

I can’t remember the last time I ordered something here and had it come out correctly. App and in store orders, neither work. There’s a Starbucks around the corner at the HT that I’ve never had an issue with, head there. Also two great local coffee shops with a couple blocks.
