Horrible experience. Came in and wasn’t greeted at all, both employees just looked at me. After about 5-10 mins of waiting I was finally about to order my drink and I had a half off coupon. For whatever reason the coupon wouldn’t register with the system, even though it was valid for the dates shown and the specific store I was at. The cashier offered to get his manager, who was nowhere to be found. Instead of trying to figure it out he told me it must not be for their store, and once I showed him that this store was a participating store, he suggested I order online, which I did not have time for. Completely horrible experience, this Starbucks used to be so great when it first came to the neighborhood. Not sure if it’s management or just incompetent workers but a quick stop for coffee should not have turned into a frustrating experience.

Early morning the girl gave me warm coffee another thing as these guys are heating the cold pastry it was icy !later I told them they were it happens sometimes we can give another one ! I said nope thanks just wanted to let u know !

But the both people working had attitude Starbucks has a reputation that’s what people come like me !
Pls change the staff here as there are patients and visitors for whom a really nice coffee maters a lot

Good service but bring hand sanitizer. Dirt and grease all over.? Not hard to wipe surfaces throughout the day.

Very hard working staff, but they are always getting crushed. But they’re still friendly and fielding angry (often unreasonable customers) with composure. Kudos to them but Starbucks needs to staff this place better. It’s popular and they do a good job, give these guys some help.
Dell, the manager is not honest, she gave me the small size while I ordered the grande size and kept insisting me it's the grande size, I showed 2 different receipts with different prices of small and grande and she could not explain. Will report this to the customer bureau.

I wanted a latte and was behind a couple who were ordering. They were there for 5 minutes chatting with the cashier. "Ha ha ha and ohhh.. " So, I let the cashier know that I wanted to order. He gives me a blank stare while the gentleman of the couple said that they were still ordering. I said I realized that but it had been 5 minutes. I sat down without ordering. The couple was there for another 5 minutes. The cashier could have said, excuse me, while you figure out what you want, let me take her order. But he did not. If you ever want to be in a place that doesn't want you, this is the place.
