So I ordered a venti decaf drink and ask for no ice for the Spanish girl to tell me I will only get a half a cup of drink due to not wanting ice. I buy this drink all the time- No one has Ever said tht to me- of course I didn't purchase- some employees are toooooooo incompetent for me

Usually I don’t have problems here but for the past three weeks the barista has been making my drink wrong and I tell her exactly how to make it and it’s as if she doesn’t comprehend and there is always a mess up. I asked for an ice pumpkin cream chia venti with 8 pumps of chia and all I tasted was milk. I couldn’t go back due to having to work so I threw the drink away I’m very disappointed in the service there. Now I have to switch locations to get my order made correctly.

I never seen a Starbucks with all bad reviews I wonder why.... maybe because since the store been open they never changed the espresso machine... So If Your Coffee taste nasty that's why and they don't change the coffee every 15 minutes they never have breakfast sandwiches...And they service out dated food this why I quit to don't contact julie chambers if you have a complaint go over her head she's a waste of time...
