We get here at 7, they are supposed to be open til 8:30.. and they closed early. slackers. Starbucks get management trained.

Today I ordered tea and the young lady working this shift was very rude, and disrespectful towards me for no reason. I politely asked her name so that I can be a gentleman and call her by her name. She removed her name tag in front of the alleged store supervisor Christina or something like that. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for a substantial period of time and never (at this location) or any location experienced this level of disrespect and rudeness from a Starbucks employee. The way that feel I never want to get coffee or tea from Starbucks again. I feel there was a racial element that played a factor, seeing how polite and respectful this young lady was towards the white customers. Then again I’m just a scary , looking, not important Black man. Another Emmett Till moment. America when are we going to grow up……. The alleged service manager told me I wasn’t allow to take pictures of this despicable place. lol Ironic right. Today 02/13/2025 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Also not to mention this place was a dump with store logo hanging off side of building and filthy inside table area. Very disappoint this use to be an upscale shop in one of Baltimore’s prime locations.

Traveler from New York!
Stopped by Starbucks for my caffeine fix and left with a smile, thanks to Kristin. Kristin was a little bashful, which only added to her charm, but don’t let that fool you—her customer service was on point. She was fast, accurate, and efficient! My drink was made perfectly, and it felt like she genuinely cared about getting it right.
As for the café itself, it wasn’t the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to, but it had this cozy vibe that felt welcoming. Clean restroom. They could use more seating surely.
Kristin, you’re a gem—keep being awesome girl! And Starbucks, tidy up a bit! This could easily be a 5-star experience.

I live right across the street, and come here regularly. The main “issue” with this location imho is not being equipped to handle the volume of orders across in-person / mobile. Shoutout to the staff for not projecting this back onto customers.
This must be absolute “hell” for anyone working there, where it seems like there is a never ending queue of orders. Automatic prioritization of online orders turns baristas into robots, usually creating a backlog of in-store orders.
Recently the new staff has stepped it up. Despite all the BS I’m sure you deal with, the simple “hello” and “sorry for the wait” is appreciated! Having worked in retail, I know how easy it is to put your head down and “check out”.

Not a lot of seating inside.
Don't think you can order in the store. You will be ignored at worst, at best put in line behind the eight customers you can't see and four more waiting in the store for their mobile orders. There is a very good, real café right around the block, One

I usually love going here until my recent visit, Word of advice to the workers.. Make sure the customer isn’t standing there if you are talking bad about how and what they order and just focus on making what we ordered and paid for.

The only reason I give any stars is because of the fabulous staff. But regional management is working hard to destroy this location. Every time I come in there are fewer chairs and tables. Most of space is empty. S’bux wants this as a speed bar: come in, buy yur drink - and get the eF out! Fewer seats, 3 tables, and shrinking.Once upon a time, had a large seating area, always lots of people till closing. Then renovation announced. Eager anticipation of reopening… until we saw that 70% of the seating area was gone. Been ongoing erosion since. On the last vestigial seating now. Sad times for a place that had been an espresso Cheers long ago.
I stopped by for a Venti Caramel Crunch Frap and it was disgusting. It was blended with whip cream and did not have the crunch topping. I was so disappointed.
