i order a venti caramel frappe, i got it but it tasted so nasty and i went back and got in line and a guy was behind me, he jumps infront of me and the lady said “who’s next” and she clearly saw me and my husband standing there, and we told her “these are nasty” she said “what are these, why are you back?” she snatched them from my husbands hands and mumbled something under her breath, we asked for our money back , she threw them in the trash and it splashed on me and my husband. she was a mess and rude.

Worst Starbucks. Drinks are always disgusting. I even can go back to have it fixed and it’s still gross. Wasted too much money here. They are never made correct, or the same from everyone. Always different and wrong.

Went in for afternoon pick-me-up on a brisk day. While ordering, I about whether the new oat-milk macchiato was sweeter than a chai latte. The sb workers says rudely, "I have no idea, I don't drink them!" Ok then. I place my order for the macchiato bc the picture looks good and shows Carmel syrup on top which matches the treat idea I came on for. Worker then proceeds to tell me "your done- move back!" ordering me where to stand while waiting for my drink!!??Ok, the place is empty and i have never had that happen before but i move back thinking this girl is bitchy but just saying ok. LolGet my drink and its bland. I notice it doesn't have syrup on top like picture. I go back in and ask the worker/barrista whether the drink is misding the drizzle. By this point, shes eating something and answers "its in the drink" as she chews rudely. I explain the drink is different than expected and i wanted a drizzle, something sweeter or a chai. She shrugs - keeps rudely chewing her food and rings up another drink for me, never asking to fix the first one or replacing it. And this bad experience now cost me $12 and she has put me on a bad mood! Definitely not good service or the Starbucks experience i am accustomed to. A shame bc i live closest to this location. But after going in for an afternoon treat and having such a negative experience with the checkout/barista girl, I will never go to this location again.
Nice location, but the mobile order section was a mess. I purchased three things, and none of them were near each other on the counter. Also, my Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte just tasted liked black coffee.

The manager wouldn't even turn the outside lights on. What is the purpose of having them? The entrance is dark and unsafe. The bathrooms are without proper amenities.

I stopped in while running errands. I got a Carmel crunch Frappuccino and it was delicious. On a warm, spring day in Baltimore, the relatively quiet, and tidy coffee shop, conveniently located in southeast Baltimore, was just what I wanted after having a hearty lunch, nearby. Service was rendered pleasantly, with a smile, a a bit of engaging conversation.Overall great experience and certainly worth the time.
