Was purchasing Two Venti drinks today- employee didn't know what she was doing- she ask her co worker about the drink after putting some items in the cup- I then ask for a refund the employee Grace- didn't ask why I wanted a refund- just looked at me and said go to customer svc. Went to customer service the harris teeter employee yelled y do u want a refund- and immediately said nvr mind yelled over the intercom for Grace to come to the desk to ask her why I was asking for a refund- Grace stood there non chalantely, and said-she don't know. I just can't with the incompetency with retail employees- I have to start making my own drinks at home

I would never recommend or go back to this place if it had to be the death of me. I was waiting for my drink and a RAT ran right across my foot! I can not believe that a real life rat ran across my foot when i was just trying to get sum breakfast. And on top of that my drink tasted like water. But i ain’t even thinkin about that after that rat ran across me.

Every Wednesday this Starbucks and the one inside Target somehow runs out of frappucinos, EVERY WEDNESDAY
Couldnt get what we wanted. Came at 8:30pm . Oven turned off and no frappuccinos because the machine is cleaned already. The only Starbucks still open around here past 8pm.but no point if full service advertised cannot be given
