Great customer service. It's Starbucks not Dunkin Donuts, if you want cheap coffee go there instead. It's a busy store and as long as they get your order correct you should be happy.
I cannot..CANNOT stand by most of the stuff Starbucks stands for politically. In fact I disagree with every single thing they stand for. Theyve got a great product tho...smh and I wish they didnt bcuz if I could find one as good or better--id leave Starbucks and never return. Their coffee is the best I have found tho...n ive looked.??
I had ordered a cup of frabuchino and when it was ready, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for two extra pumps of coffee, so I told the barista(Jenn) that. She just smiled and happily made me another one with the extra coffee. Great service!
