Ordered the matcha frapp, and they did a terrible job. It had no matcha in it and only milk, barely no ice. I had to throw it away it tasted so bad. Albeit, the matcha frapp is hard to make (judging by the variability in quality and product by location), but this was the worst. As I stood there waiting for my order, I could see almost every customer came back with their orders demanding / asking for them to re-do their orders. Now I know why. Never again at this location.

Today i came into Starbucks and was very disappointed. I was getting my morning regular and the woman refuse to put half and half in my coffee! Then proceeds to tell me to put it in myself. No I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks however this was just craziness. Usually I order online but it seems like they have a problem when you come in person and they don’t wanna do their job. So now I’m definitely gonna write this review because I don’t appreciate it And they were very rude.

Absolutely my favorite Starbucks ever! My barista Leo was incredibly welcoming and was super patient when I came in with my younger cousins. He was beyond helpful and when I ordered my flat white it was one of the best yet.

If you want to flex your MacBook and drink a $8 coffee this is the place. Good drinks though.

This Starbucks is a hidden gem. The service is always prompt and the orders accurate. There is plenty of seating indoors with different table styles and sizes for various uses. There is additional seating areas outside as well. Other shopping options nearby in the same shopping center. Plenty of parking available.
