Incredibly slow service, and the employees are utterly incompetent. I placed a mobile order for a drink and arrived in the store within two minutes, only to find out someone else had walked off with it. The store was packed, so I waited 20 minutes, assuming the delay was due to how busy it was. The entire time, my drink had already been taken. When I brought this to the employees’ attention, they casually said they’d remake it. Not once was my name called when the replacement was ready, and to make matters worse, they made it hot when I clearly ordered it iced. When I pointed this out, the employee fumbled around and tried to blame their mobile machine, claiming it printed “hot” on my order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Super slow on Sundays, they run out of stuff by noon and you gotta wait like 30 minutes if you don't pre order. Not a vibe and line to too long to get refund on order the messed up. Do not recommend this one.

Vegetarian options: They serve vegetarian dishes breakfast, lunch, and dessert.

Kid-friendliness: Staff members are very lovely towards children. They even let the children take their own orders and give them hints about this food or drink.

First time I have ever been to a Starbucks where I ordered a pikes place and they just let it sit under the machine full for 5-10 minutes completing online orders before I had to ask them if I could get my coffee. Also, while waiting a small girl asked for a cup of water with her drink and a harsh response of “I’m backed up so it’s going to be a couple minutes” (even though nobody was in line, or waiting except me who’s coffee was ready but just sitting there). Will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Bought 3 cake pops (for kids) and got 2 Frappuccino’s for my sister and I. While waiting for the drinks to be made, and all the “little” kids got their cake pops, an employee went on break. While I’m waiting I can see my Frappuccinos sitting there waiting for the topping (choc sauce and a top), but the employees behind the counter were talking to themselves all the while my drinks were sitting there. Then the employee behind the counter made the employee who was on break her drink first while several drinks, not only mine were just sitting there behind the counter. Forget the customers - we mean nothing to these employees! I finally had to ask if someone could finish my drinks. I mean I had a 2yr, 4yr and 5yr old waiting w me. To be honest I have never been in a more unfriendly Starbucks ever ! If I was headquarters, someone would be losing their job. Where is customer service? Not at this Starbucks!

I love sturbucks coffee and stores. But for this store, if I could give 0 stars I would! I was there to get few drinks for my family and Hailey forgot to add syrup to my cold drink. I went right back and she said the store was closed. I asked that I just need syrup and her answer was NO ans she kept laughing with her other coworker. So disrespectful. I would never go there again. Shane for sturbucks.

I just got a plain coffee, and it was awful! The other part of my order had to be made twice, and I was in a hurry. The staff wasn't very friendly either.

I explained to the girl at the counter how I never knew how to order what I’m looking for (iced caramel macchiato, lots of ice, barely any milk). I’ve tried a bunch of different ways of ordering & chatted with a couple baristas at other locations, but never got it right. This girl took the time to think about what the best to order it would be so that I can get it made how I like it in the future. She ended up ringing me up for something that was just what I was looking for (iced dopio espresso w/extra ice, vanilla syrup, caramel drizzle, & some milk). It was great & exactly how I wanted it - lots of espresso flavor with not much milk at all. I’m not one to write reviews for somewhere like Starbucks (Starbucks is Starbucks, you know?). But I’ve been getting an iced dopio espresso the last couple days at other locations & keep thinking of her help. It’s even a whole dollar cheaper than what I normally get, so I wanted to leave a review so the managers know she’s doing a great job!!!

It was Sunday May 12 (Mother’s Day) 1:36pm. I remember she had unique eyeliner (I want to say black eyeliner with long double wings). I called the store & they said her name is most likely Lori, so thank you, Lori!!!!

As I tood at the counter, four employees stood 2 feet from me and none of them attempted to acknowledge my presents. After two minutes of the employees avoiding eye contact, I left. It seems the apathetic 'women' didn't want to work harder than the others, I just took my business elsewhere.

Based on my experience, I can confidently say that the customer service at this establishment is outstanding. The waiting time is reasonable, the coffees are good, and the hot breakfast is absolutely delicious. The establishment is mostly clean and I have never encountered any issues during my three visits. I sincerely hope that they continue to maintain this level of excellence.
