Never made it right for N time. I came here to order a cup of iced matcha latte with extra STRAWBERRY CF, and for the first time they added something else and it didn't taste right, after I asked them to remake it but somehow they put CARAMEL CF in it. THIS IS HAPPENING EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME THERE.

On Sunday morning I ordered an iced coffee and it had a bunch of muddy substance in the bottom of cup. Which ended up being coffee grinds. It was nasty. I only gave 2 stars cuz the service was great.

This store has the worst employees.The worst being the girl with the red curly hair she is always has a poor attitude and worse customer experience even on a low traffic time nothing is ever ready
