I feel disappointed because of the service that they have in this Starbucks, everyone I go they don’t have the ingredients for the Frappuccinos the woman that’s always there she’s always rude to the clients.This is a bad bad service

Went there today it's ridiculous both workers act as if they don't want to be there. It's simple don't wanna work quite. We the consumer pay your salary. It's not my fault if your miserable so don't make my experience bad because of your life

Terrible experience. They do not carry the items as advertised. The workers did not know anything about the products they should have. I was only able to get a standard coffee.

So horrible! I really in truly wanted to try the new Summer- Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers Beverage 2 of them small. Unfortunately they didn’t have the pearls. The barista was so rude and didn’t charge me less. Didn’t receive the pearls that’s the main thing why I brought the drink. She looked like she was about to fight me, I asked why do you guys don’t have anything they said because the slipper didn’t order them on time because we’re in Target we don’t get everything. They were two ladies. I will give this an 0/5 I will never come back to this Starbucks! They didn’t charge me less because they don’t get my Carmel Frappuccino correct, plus there weren’t no bagels, the cookies were stale.

Have gone several times in the past few weeks. They are always out of something. In my case it’s always the caramel crunch or cookie frappe. Today was the final straw. Stopped at the counter. No other customers in line. Barista had her back turned but briefly made eye contact. Didn’t say a word. Then she went in the back. I patiently waited about five minutes and she literally never came back. At all.

Visited this location there today couldn't get anyone's name there were no name tags the barista was very rude and had a bad attitude told me I couldnt get a courtesy cup of water to take my medicine she told me that it wasn't free terrible terrible you would have thought I ask for a coffee or refresher I just needed some water and I made a purchase smh

Have come here 4 times in a 2 week time frame and they can't make any drinks with caramel because they have none. Wanted a caramel crunch frappe but they have no caramel or the crunch topping. Thats a little ridiculous that within 2 weeks they would still be out of something. Was going to order plain coffee frappe and asked the size I wanted. I asked for venti then was told they were out of venti cups. Get it together starbucks.

This Starbucks is located inside of Target in Martin Plaza shopping center. I didn't see any advertising for food and the Starbucks itself, I don't believe is equiped to serve a lot of food. I got the Toasted Caramel Latte in a Large. A little bit expensive I think at around $6.50; but it was really good and right on time. Hubby got a large Americano coffee. Real sugar, honey and sugar substitutes are available for self service. Service was pleasant and quick. I would visit again.
