I don't get food at starbucks. im typically a Dunkin girl, because the price of starbucks coffee, it only allows me to go in twice a week. In saying that I always try to get the same barista on those days. I'm not sure if her name. She is a beautiful woman dark flawless skin with long black hair long eyelashes. She's so pleasant and polite and goes out of her way knows what I want. As soon as I come in and makes it for me double checks before making everything I love her. I cannot remember her name, but when I find out I will put it on here because she deserves a raise for her pleasant attitude for her pleasant demeanor beautiful smile and for her coffee making skills. She is phenomenal. I can't really say too much for the other employees. I have not and will not interact with them. the interactions I have, i'm told that the coffee has to be made,The way that they make it, not the way I want it. as with the my favored barista I don't have that problem she makes it how I WANT. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.. i like caramel cold brew occasionally with chocolate cold foam and I am told it comes with cold foam already. I don't care if it comes with the cold foam. I want the flavor cold foam that i'm paying an want and I shouldn't get a grief over it. That's why I only order my coffee when the barista that I like is working. I will typically, leave as it is only about a 5-7 minute drive from my house wait until the barista that I prefer is working...She also charges me the correct amount. Everyone else charges me almost $9... i always tip my baristas, especially the one that I like as she gives exceptional service, and I think that it's crazy that I have to report the tip to whoever is the manager at target, Because they are target employees, not starbucks employees... as her service is so amazing. I absolutely adore her. I will go out of my way to make sure that whoever is the manager is told that I am tipping because she deserves that tip. Not just for dealing with my pickiness, but dealing with the rudeness from other customers and employees that she works with... the only reason they got four stars and not five is because there's more than one employee there. they all should have the attitude that the barista I like has customer commitment, Customer service customer happiness period...

Worst Starbucks experience ever. A brown sugar shaken espresso it’s made in a shaker cup for a reason. She just brewed the espresso right into the plastic cup. Put ice then oat milk on top! That’s not how it’s supposed to be made.
Do not go here. Go elsewhere

Around 5:30pm Saturday I stopped at this location before work it was two people in front of me in line , which took me about 5 minutes until it was my turn. I tell the employee my order and she says “ I can’t make that, it was a regular caramel iced macchiato nothing extra “ I didn’t ask any more questions I was so irritated because it took a minute just for her to ring me up just for her to then tell me she can’t make it so I wasted my time where I could have been at work or traveling to go to work . At least have a sign up or something so I wouldn’t have wasted my time
Stopped in on my break to grab the office some drinks. I asked for the first drink and was advised they did not have venti cups. Proceeded to order a grande and was then told they didn’t have decaf coffee. Then when I went to ask about a different drink, the attending barista didn’t want to know. I ended up just walking out.

Menu has been reduced a lot which is fine, but if the 5 available cold drinks 3 were unavailable. Was offered to wait for more to be brewed which I agreed to but was much longer than stated and allowed other customers to stand in line just to tell them everything they requested wasn't available. Need to be better in stock with such a limited menu. Or at very least post on a sign that you're out of certain products.

The meanest starbucks employee that will ever serve you
This Starbucks is the worse, customer service AWFUL, I have never been to a Starbucks and got a Medicine ball and it's been SUPER SWEET, the brown skin buffer lady attitude is trash has been that way for years, I don't even know how she still has a job... Something needs to be done about her.
I asked for an earl grey tea, she turned around. Stared at the box of full earl grey tea, and told me they were out. Right after adding an extra cup of ice into a cup to make up for her lack of coffee. Worst Starbucks literally ever.

Horrible service I stood at the counter for over 2 minutes before I was acknowledged. 3 people working. All 3 looked at me but none cane immediately over. I wanted decaf coffee they didn't have any made only decaf latte. Dismiss me and waited in the next without asking if I was interested in getting that instead

They are always out of cold foam and cold brew. Barely have anything available on their menu. I don’t know what’s the point of this Starbucks store when I cant barely even customize my drinks.

I feel disappointed because of the service that they have in this Starbucks, everyone I go they don’t have the ingredients for the Frappuccinos the woman that’s always there she’s always rude to the clients.This is a bad bad service
