I got to this starbucks often i dont jnow whats been happening lately but its like they dont care almost every time i order now my irder is messed up i orde 2 drink and a bacon gouda sandwich the cold drink was unsweetened and the label asked for 6 pumps of sweetner The coffee was literally just coffee and cream and the label asked for cinnamon The sandwich was a completely different unrecognizable sandwich im very unhappy and bow understand why some locations are closing

The dark skinned woman with the blonde short haircut has the worst attitude. It’s disgusting . I just went there to get honey for my tea. My coworker already picked up my drink I just needed more honey . She told me I had to make a purchase , the purchase was already made. She is disgusting I’ve been avoiding making this review but her attitude is disgusting EVERYDAY.

The woman at the counter was so, so genuinely kind and sweet. Like. I left thinking about it and felt like my day was genuinely brightened, so far beyond the standard issue customer service fake niceness. And I saw her have the same effect on multiple other customers!! The beverage was a delight, but the true prize was the incredibly nice woman in the headscarf. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves one thousand raises.

Early in the day is fine! Service etc. Unfortunately in the afternoon the Barista is Olivia! She is the one with the colorful headdress! She is NOT as good; unless you like getting your order wrong ... most times!

I go to this starbucks location almost everyday and I have never seen a barista as attentive to customers as James. I placed a mobile order for 2 coffees and got there a tad early so I sat at a table while I waited for my coffees to be ready. I just so happened to see a barista named James making my coffees and he was not only efficent and thorough, but he made sure to check the label every so often to make sure he included everything I had asked for. I could tell thst he cared for his customers when i was watching him make these drinks. The coffees came out delicious and perfect and he even greeted me with a smile when I went to the counter when my name was called. Lovely service and great coffee.

Paid for a venti and got a grande amount of coffee. Complete ripoff and no knowledge of how to make orders. Too busy with their own conversation to help the customer. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. Spend $24 at this location and ordered the same thing down the road and paid $20 this place sucks
