Early in the day is fine! Service etc. Unfortunately in the afternoon the Barista is Olivia! She is the one with the colorful headdress! She is NOT as good; unless you like getting your order wrong ... most times!

I go to this starbucks location almost everyday and I have never seen a barista as attentive to customers as James. I placed a mobile order for 2 coffees and got there a tad early so I sat at a table while I waited for my coffees to be ready. I just so happened to see a barista named James making my coffees and he was not only efficent and thorough, but he made sure to check the label every so often to make sure he included everything I had asked for. I could tell thst he cared for his customers when i was watching him make these drinks. The coffees came out delicious and perfect and he even greeted me with a smile when I went to the counter when my name was called. Lovely service and great coffee.

Paid for a venti and got a grande amount of coffee. Complete ripoff and no knowledge of how to make orders. Too busy with their own conversation to help the customer. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. Spend $24 at this location and ordered the same thing down the road and paid $20 this place sucks
one of the best starbucks stores i have ever been to,some of the outlets are not working( for charging laptop/phone) , i hope they fix

I come to this location often. I order ahead and usually my order is ready by the time I get there or within 2 minutes. The last handful of times I've ordered, drove the 5 minutes to the location, and still waited 20 minutes for my order, making me late to work, despite leaving earlier every time. The service here has slowed exponentially. Probably won't be coming back unless I know I have a half hour to kill.
