Early in the day is fine! Service etc. Unfortunately in the afternoon the Barista is Olivia! She is the one with the colorful headdress! She is NOT as good; unless you like getting your order wrong ... most times!
I go to this starbucks location almost everyday and I have never seen a barista as attentive to customers as James. I placed a mobile order for 2 coffees and got there a tad early so I sat at a table while I waited for my coffees to be ready. I just so happened to see a barista named James making my coffees and he was not only efficent and thorough, but he made sure to check the label every so often to make sure he included everything I had asked for. I could tell thst he cared...
