The woman at the counter was so, so genuinely kind and sweet. Like. I left thinking about it and felt like my day was genuinely brightened, so far beyond the standard issue customer service fake niceness. And I saw her have the same effect on multiple other customers!! The beverage was a delight, but the true prize was the incredibly nice woman in the headscarf. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves one thousand raises.
The cashier Taylor very kindly served us. She knows what customer service is. She was very kind and smiling. She repeated the order to make sure it was the right drinks. Thank you very much for your service, Taylor.
Early in the day is fine! Service etc. Unfortunately in the afternoon the Barista is Olivia! She is the one with the colorful headdress! She is NOT as good; unless you like getting your order wrong ... most times!
