It’s a hit or miss depending on who’s making your drink. The first time it was a lady with blond hair and she made a perfect java mint Frappuccino. I went there a week later and it was a younger black girl and she made a disgusting matcha Frappuccino. It lacked taste and the layers separated.

Parking: Safeway parking lot so there’s a lot of space.

Their system shut down in the drive thru as we were ordering, and that really would not have been a problem, but it was handled so terribly. The woman on the headset had a serious attitude problem. We were in a hurry this morning and needed to get out of the drive thru, especially if we were unable to order food or drinks, but the staff spent 20 minutes with the car in front of us at the window - blocking us into the drive thru. And, just to emphasize, this all would have been fine if the staff was not so rude. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone.

This store has been spiraling downward for years. Today's visit is the last straw for us. After "Miss K" the cashier decided that she wasn't in the mood to bag the groceries...Told us that she wasn't required to do so as per the management. That's it for us. Good Luck with that attitude. There are many more options.
