After a three-hour drive, I stopped at this location and had a wonderful experience. The barista went above and beyond by informing me which items were kosher before I ordered (I wish I had gotten her name!). Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, making my visit truly exceptional. The service was top-notch, and I'll definitely make it a point to return whenever I'm passing through. Highly recommend!

Amazingly awesome!! Today was a typical Monday morning, until I realized I left my purse at the cafe. Fifteen minutes had passed before I noticed my purse wasn't with me. I called the cafe immediately. Sarah, looked in the first place it wasn't there. But thank goodness it was still at my seat!
I'm so grateful for her swiftness and willingness to help me in a panic. She had it ready for me when I arrived back.
Thank you sooooo much for your diligence and concern.

The people who work here are rude and thoughtless. The drinks they make are terrible. Their attitude when you point out how poor the drinks are is horrible. It is unfortunate how far this place has fallen. Last weekend my wife ordered a drink. It was still on the menu. The girl at the counter admonished her about how if they were out of the stuff to make her drink last week why does she think this week would be there this week. Apparently, my wife did not realize it was a seasonal drink. The girl could have said this. The girl could have made a suggestion on something. She did not have to be rude, but that is how this location treats people.

Starbucks cashier was amazing.
The guy who made my drink which was a Matcha green tea latte was rude.
He made my drink wrong and when he try to fix it, I feel he purposely splash green matcha all over me. I just pick up napkins to wipe my hair, jacket and blouse.

lady had me waiting 20min for my sandwich only to get smart with me and never made my sandwich. rolled her eyes and continued to get sarcastic. I have been going there for years only for this little caucasian girl get smart and proceed to make a pup cup for someone who just got there, mind you i’ve been waiting already for 20min. horrible service and experience.

My stepdad ordered 4 warmed brownies for my family and I online, and i walked in. The lady at the register working there (Sarah), says “Omg someone ordered four brownies,” as if she was shocked and annoyed. And I said “Dang sorry” and she says “Oh, that was you” I replied yes. She said “I’m only saying that because we don’t have them, I can give you a refund or give you something else you’d like” I told her i’ll ask my step dad and he went in and came out with four brownies. He said the same last (Sarah) said they have them they just didn’t warm them. So it led me to the realization that she noticed she made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment and tried to cover her butt by saying the only reason she made the comment was because they didn’t have any. Really weird experience because even if they weren’t warmed she still could’ve warmed them..

They don’t want to attend when there are many people standing in line. My sister got out of the car and bought 4 coffees and they didn’t want to attend her as the cashier told her because there were many people in line and because they didn’t have change for a $50 bill. They should put more people in this establishment to help customers. Terrible service.

The cashier really gave a difficult time when ordering my drink. It was a vente iced espresso with extra almond milk filled to the top of the cup. She proceeded to charge me $10. I am always charged between $4.19- $5.60 depending on the Starbucks location I go to. I left the drink she had made and walked out. Very disappointing.
