Very prompt service and reasonable pricing. The contractor (Kareem) was on-time and knows his way around air ducts. He even helped me replace the upstairs air filter free of charge. Highly recommend for anyone in need of residential HVAC

By far the best Starbucks I've visited. The staff are all super friendly and take the time to learn the customers names and usual orders. Great atmosphere in the mornings.

We arrived at this Starbucks 3 minutes before closing and was told by a young lady sitting upfront that they would be closing in 3 minutes and would only be taking credit cards. No problemas so when we approach the counter to order, the other young lady stated that she was close, and as a matter of fact, the register was close by her as well This is very unacceptable and just rude customer service from Starbucks. First of all, you're not close yet, and it's not closing time because the door was still open. Common courtesy and great customer service don't cost you anything at all. It's really sad that this is the best you can do.. We will be calling customer service later on

My daughter and her ESA puppy was visiting her grandmother in Highland Condominiums in Quarrylake. She decide to stop in Starbucks to get a latte and a pup cup. It was 2 seated customers inside. The employee says to My daughter \" next time leave him in the car\" my daughter stated that he was an ESA dog and the cashier did not respond. I'm very aware of the policy. Her approach with the situation was very disrespectful, hurtful and out of line.

Always slow. Even when they aren’t busy. Doesn’t matter if you pre-order. You’re going to wait. The one in Mt. Washington is way better.

Absolute train-wreck of a Starbucks. On 5 separate occasions my mobile orders have take 15-30 min for a drink. While the staff is just standing around with no line in sight. The staff is IGNORANT and plain rude. Pathetic excuse for a Starbucks.

I went to This Starbucks on November 9th 2022 around 7:30 p.m. and the girls working were absolutely awesome. They were so helpful when I was having trouble with my app and And we're just very sweet. This is definitely the kind of service that I look for and nowadays it's really hard to find good customer service, so being treated kind was a refreshing change and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for being just nice people!
