Didn't have what I ordered through the mobile app. I didn't find out until I got there which is about a 10-minute walk from my building. However, the store employees were nice and offered me alternatives. None of the alternatives were things that I liked so they did give me a gift card towards my next visit plus a refund from my order. This is not the first time that this has happened hence the low rating, but they did exhibit good customer service.

The worst customer service. I came in to get my frap remade because it was made incorrectly this morning. When I returned I was met with attitude from someone that was not even there when I placed and picked up my order. She whispered to the other batista that I must have picked up the wrong order. But if she were there, she would have known that frap was handed to me in my hand...along with my plain Bagel. NEVER AGAIN.

Phil & Shuan were very kind, had great smiles, and were genuinely caring. I've never seen them frown. Acknowledgement of their great customer service needs to be recognized. Store is SO CLEAN!

Omg, so today I had a 7am meeting so before that I decided to get a quick fix of coffee. As I walk in 3 crew members show me smiley faces, greet me nicely and were ready to help. Right away I felt welcome but what had caught my attention was the sticky notes by the counter full of wonderful sayings I was inspire I left one and I took one. The one I left say Be Grateful and the one I took say: Obstacles are things you can always overcome. ? Also,the barista complemented by bag full of pins and I say if I had starbucks pins I will rock them and he kindly gave me two. I know I know free advertisement but honestly they made my morning. Keep up the great work.
Just not a pleasant place if you’re looking to sit down & drink your coffee. Totally fine for a grab & go situation.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Every morning when I get my coffee, most of the baristas know my name or at least my coffee order and they always greet me with a smile. It’s because of their courtesy and good spirits that my day starts off on a high note. Also, a huge shout out to the store manager, Leo for helping me to find the matte black cups I love so much.

The place was clean and nice. The staff was great. The coffee was great. I was there a couple of times. It was very busy both times. One of the things I really liked was we did not have to wait for decaf to be brewed.
