Horrible service, I felt unwelcome and every time I talked to the server she sighed and got annoyed with me. I have no reason to spend my time with people who seem to hate interacting with customers and working.

My experience here was uncomfortable. I waited 5 minutes to order while everyone behind the counter was ignoring me. They busy with filling milk jugs and talking about their hair colors. When I asked the manager or maybe she was another staffer, if they were open, she said “yeah” then walked away. I wanted to leave at that point. When someone finally came to take my order, they just stepped up to the register, no “hello”, no greeting at all. My sandwich got messed up by the oven, a staff member, not her fault, but she was actually very pleasant and made it right. Y’all getting 2 stars instead of 1 for her.

I got a caramel ribbon crunch doordashed to me and when I got it it looked like someone have dumped a different drink in it or drank most of it or as if it was sitting out for hours there was no ice the whip cream was pathetic truly it was disgusting so I called to ask about it and whoever I spoke to was extremely rude cutting me off telling me that it had probably melted (I only live 8 min away) so I drove down there to make sure they fixed it and when I went in I started telling them the problem and the 3 women rolled their eyes and whispered that they would make me a new one…. I mean they were truly disrespectful treated me terrible and didn’t even make me the right drink when they did make a new one… I’m extremely frustrated I don’t usually right reviews or even take stuff back but this was absurd and they were so very rude be careful going to this Starbucks
