4 out of 5 times my order through the drive though is wrong !!!! It’s like the person taking the order is not listening.
It was popular and pretty busy but great and pleasant staff.. Didn't buy food.
I never have a good experience here. The drive through is very slow, my drink never tastes good, and some of the employees are very rude.
We were recently there on 12/18 and 12/22 and the quality of coffee has been terrible. We usually order a white chocolate mocha no whip skim milk and a caramel frap no whip. We live right down the street and we have been frequenting this establishment for years. Unfortunately, we will be either looking for a new Starbucks or start to make our coffee at home altogether. It’s not worth the trouble at this point.
The food is always consistent but today the service was exceptional. Allen was so pleasant I stopped and had to make a review. Thanks for making my evening!

The vibe of this location was super rude. The staff was super offensive when ask if they could remake my refresher again because it melted due to me arriving two mins pass my arrival time. They made it with little ice. So it melted extremely fast again. They were rude.

For the price of the new boba drink I’d like more than a teaspoon of the pearls. The drink should look like the picture in terms of of quantity.

They moved their straws and now make you practically beg for one. I made a complaint to the staff and was told they did that to connect with the customer. I'm not there to make friends just grab coffee and rush to work. Thats why I order ahead. Please put your straws back so we don't have to wast time waiting for some one to find time to give us one every day.
