I had a bad experience this day I ordered a caramel maquiato coffee with almost no sugar and I ordered a strawberry frappuccino with cream and they gave me an extra caramel frappuccino when I didn't ask for it and my coffee had extra sugar when I never asked for it 🥵🥵 I had always liked to visit this place for the service but today I don't know what happened to them the truth is that I just went to lose my money 🤬🤬🤬 The girls there didn't even try to fix it very bad the truth is just my bad experience of this day it was not my day 😡😡😡

I frequent this Starbucks multiple times a week and have noticed a gradual downfall over the last 3 months. I come to get my coworker and myself coffee several times a week and everytime I come to order my coffee the ladies working behind the counter are talking about gossip and work drama. Boys and employees who they like and completely ignoring customers. I stood in a long time while they made drinks but it was extremely prolonged do to all the talking about personal life’s. I’m on my lunch break and I just want my order and done correct not wanting to know what guy they’re obsessed with that stocks the shelves. My coffee also did taste bad too . The espresso wasn’t fresh like it usually taste.

Barista verbally complained in front of me about having to make my drink and then burned the espresso shot. I asked for a refund and she said she’d never heard of a burnt espresso shot and argued with me.

Someone here has decided that instead of actually working to improve customer service and their abysmal (now 2.4) rating, they'll instead place place a sign on their counter that reads: "Be sure to give us a great review." No please or thank you, just tolerate our lousy service and like it!

This place has terrible costumer service I wish I can given them 0 stars if you know that you can't make an order why taking it at the first place and make the costumer pay and wait for something they didn’t order and instead of apologizing for given the wrong order all you will get is nasty actitud honestly if you don’t want to work just stay home and don’t ruin somebody’s day.

The customer service at this location is amazing! I went in to add money to a gift card, and walked out with free goodies, and a smile on my face. My only regret is not breaking the $20 bill I had and giving them an enormous, and much deserved tip! Thank you, it is so refreshing to meet people that care about the service they are providing. They all deserve a raise!

Worst service ever!Just because my husband asked if it possible to hold ice, they did his order after ten person behind him and they didn't mention that his order is ready... And this happened twice!Disgusting!

Only one person working on a Saturday at noon so the wait was pretty long, honestly I felt sorry for them UNTIL I got my macchiato. I got through about 1/4 of the drink before I had to dump it out because it was sickeningly sweet and leaving a terrible taste in my mouth, which is an issue I've never had with a Starbucks drink. The work station was very messy as well, something I can understand when busy with only one employee, however it looked very unprofessional.

I was very disappointed today for the first time ever.I have been a customer for many years and today my mom and I ordered a Strawberry Frap and a Java Chip Frap,Madeleine cookies and shortbread cookies.It came to about 15 dollars.For the first time I asked for a receipt, was never offered my receipt,for my personal reasons and was told by the young lady who helped us,we couldn’t get a receipt for some off the wall reason.Im offended.Suppose an issue came up where I had to show proof while I was shopping in Target of my Starbucks purchase.Receipts are very important.
