I work right around the corner from the Starbucks and it is the slowest branch I’ve ever been to even when you order online even when there’s no one in there, you will wait! I’m here now as I write this review 15 minutes in on a caramel macchiato and no one else is here
This is by far one of the best Starbucks in Baltimore. Polite, fast and great vibes.

Bad service
This entire crew is amazing. No matter the time of day. I visit almost every day and the staff is second to none. Almost get Country Club service in a Starbucks. Gia and Chantelle makes me feel like I have some Starbucks nieces who never give me a discount lol.

Best caramel frappe I’ve had from Starbucks
Slow slow slow slow! Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes for anything. And that was while the cafe was empty!

The service was great - I don’t get coffee drinks I usually get tea. The associate was quick and helpful. I had to ask where the tip jar was since they didn’t have it in a push place
Absolutely a perfect experience and kind staff there! I drunk a great hot oatmilk chocolat and mentioned I’d loved and wished to drink that again in another Starbucks while in NYC; the girl in the front desk proactively and kindly wrote it down in a paper the drink in order to make it easy for me to ask it the next time; also the blueberry muffin was delicious as never before. Perfect for a -9 Celsius degrees in Baltimore. I appreciate and definitely recommend this place!

On two or more separate occasions me and my fiancé had to cancel our coffee orders. We placed our orders with the same young lady and paid for them. This young lady is allowed repeatedly to take customers orders and not print the order information for the coffee to be made correctly. She is allowed to bill for services that are not being rendered. I don’t recommend this Starbucks location if you’re looking to have a positive productive day! This location should be shut down for serving nothing but trouble over & over again. Please address these concerns and thanks for your time and attention!
The staff is rude, lazy and their coffee is of very poor quality.

All the outlets have been taken out? How are people supposed to charge their devices while doing work? That's like the whole point of a starbucks.
The a.m. shift, young lady with the fake blonde hair, walked in, passed a extended line of customers; to thr bathroom(15mins) to fluff her hair n make-up. Another 15 mins on the other side of the counter, in the rear. And finally appear to assist with customers. That's how long I waited. Deduct 30 mins from pay.

It’s a pretty large place with plenty of tables but mostly they’re taken up by homeless people with cargo loads of their stuff. Pretty dirty and smelly inside. The service is BAD. I’d ordered a venti Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte which surely has foam on TOP. However my drink had no foam and I asked the server who categorically told me the foam is “at the bottom”. Have you ever seen foam at the vase while washing dishes/doing laundry for handwashed clothes or on coffee? Defies basic principles of physics duh! And Starbucks surely does show images of this drink with foam on the top. Worker was rude, incompetent and just daft. Starbucks should train them better.
