This place sell overpriced burnt coffee water. I am very disappointed with this coffee, took one sip poured it out immediately. Waste of time and money.

I came through the BWI Starbucks (B gates) this week, ordered and iced oatmilk latte, and was totally amazed by how quickly my drink came out. I had not finished taking a photo of my receipt and walking down to the end of the counter yet when the drink was called!

I told Brittany and Barb that I was *literally* going to write home about the service, but since I cannot think of a single person who would actually care, I opted for a Google review instead. Great work guys.

Came on a Monday night (08/19). 2 girls busy chatting around the back while there was only 1 girl on the floor making drinks. Line of at least 4 customers waiting to be served.

DON’T GO HERE. If I could give negative stars I would. Gave me the wrong size drink when I paid for a medium and then gave me attitude when I asked for my drink. Manager is useless and rude. She rolled her eyes at me and pointed at the sign and when I said it clearly states I paid for a grande she made up a number and refused to give me my drink.
Walk further to another coffee shop. Don’t give them any business. Go here if you want to wait 20 min for the wrong drink and be overcharged.

This review is for the free standing Starbucks right after the security line. If I could give you less than 1, I would. I walked thru the cones (because I couldn’t see where the line started) and she scolded me like a child about “don’t you see where to go”. Their loud, ghetto and rude. I walked away to Dunkin where they have great customer service. I already didn’t like Starbucks, now I will never go back.

I went through the line twice for food & coffee - both were great. The greatest experience of all was watching a lady at the register go the extra mile for a small customer. One little girl wanted a pink cake pop, but they were gone. Knowing that new inventory was just outside, Barbara took the time to search and find a pink cake pop. That little girls smile was wider than Concourse B!

1. An abhorrent experience
On July 4th, 2024, at approximately 5:00 AM, I visited the Starbucks located within the airport. Despite the airport not being particularly busy, the line at this Starbucks location was extensive. To expedite the process, I downloaded the Starbucks app.

2. Incident
During my visit, I made two separate requests for my food order from two employees: a blonde male and a black-haired male. Both employees assured me that my order was forthcoming. After waiting for 22 minutes, I inquired about my order once again. At this time, the blonde male, after conversing and giggling with his colleague, informed me that the item was unavailable. He then unprofessionally argued with me, suggesting that it was my responsibility to inform them of the order, despite my two prior notifications. No alternative food or refund was offered, and i subsequently walked away as the barista stood his ground.

3. Actions Taken
In response to this incident, I immediately wrote a detailed email to airport management. Additionally, I contacted Starbucks customer service and submitted complaints through three different channels. I also contacted the State Attorney's office due to the inadequate response received from Starbucks customer service. During my call with Starbucks customer service, the agent informed me that I would need to return to Baltimore to obtain a paper receipt to receive a refund in the form of a credit, which I found to be an unreasonable policy.

4. Resolution Attempts
Upon requesting a supervisor, I was initially offered a credit, which I declined. Eventually, I received a refund, excluding the cost of my coffee. I further informed the supervisor that a review of the CCTV footage would clearly show the employee's inappropriate conduct. It is concerning that this Starbucks location, situated within an airport, operates without managerial oversight during busy hours. It was during this time I was informed the last agent was unable to locate my account, and rather than informing me, she constructed her own solution involving me getting on a plane for a two hour, $400 flight, for a $11 refund.

5. Conclusion
This incident highlights significant deficiencies in customer service and operational management at this Starbucks location. The lack of immediate resolution, unprofessional conduct of employees, and the unreasonable refund policy are unacceptable and warrant immediate attention and corrective action.

Its obvious we're in Baltimore. 1 person working the machine. 4 people standing around then get mad at you when you request a refund for waiting over 20 minutes with only 4 orders ahead of you.

Customer service at the Starbucks by the security check at terminal c/d was HORRIBLE!!! My daughter was the only person in line and the cashier treated her like garbage, as if she was holding up a line. The cashier didn’t ring up my daughter’s 4th drink order and after waiting for an additional 10 minutes for the drink, we asked if it was missed. The manager on duty had a major attitude as if we were trying to rip Starbucks off, neglecting to realize that it was her employee who failed to ring up properly. They cashier and the manager were rude, snarky, and had horrible customer service! The barista who was making the drinks was actually delightful and kind, though. Someone needs to do better at hiring. Horrible experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Opened 30 mins after time said they would open. Crew working was loud and obnoxious. Val had some racist comments towards white people which was very inappropriate. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life.
