Super friendly staff Especially Aviah!! — definitely pricer than your typical Starbucks though.

The posted opening time is 3:30 am. When I arrived shortly after 3:30 am, I was met with curt, rude service, and told that they are not yet open. I mentioned that the posted opening time was 3:30, and was told “well we aren’t ready to open.” I then asked if it was possible to just order food, considering it is prepackaged and only needs to be put in a warmer. I was told “No. No food, no coffee. We will open when we are ready.”

The staff at the B-concourse location at the airport was extremely rude. This young lady with Pink braids had the worst attitude and does not need to be in customer service.
Starbucks needs to do a better job training their employees. There is no need to roll the eyes and behave as if the customer is bothering them when they are asking for an item. I would think twice before patronizing this Starbucks at the airport.

Flew out BWI on American (9/3) and was in desperate need of caffeine. I went to the Starbucks and placed an order and the barista taking orders was beyond gorgeous and had the best service ever and I made sure to let him know. He proceeded to compliment my hair which made my whole day because had the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen so it meant a lot. I placed my order from “Noah” and waited about 6 minutes for my order. Everything was perfect I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken and breakfast sandwich. All the baristas had amazing customer service and were very fast for how busy it was. I definitely recommend stoping by

Could not even get my money back after having several people that came after me get their coffees before me because the girl was “not a manager”

This is at an airport. There should be some ability to gauge how long things should take and if not communication and the ability to give people their money back is key.
You’re setting these poor kids up for failure.
But thank you. I’d just downloaded the Starbucks app after deciding last year that I was done, and I’m now done again.
Also, the Cinnabon across the hall had great coffee and it took~35 seconds to get

Employees seemed to be working hard but it took forever. They are way understaffed.
So I went to ask for a cup of water, and the woman at the desk told me “ you have to make a purchase” which is odd because I am a partner from another store and we never denied anyone water …but okay 🙄 and I just told them let me see what I can purchase ( I’m pregnant and I don’t have appetite of anything at the moment) I just needed water but even though I was looking at the protein bars and I can hear them talking about “she can get an americano” and stuff like that made me uncomfortable and of course I just didn’t want to spend anything there …because I could feel the staring like hurrying me up .. reminding you that there was no one in line.. this was at 8:55am.

They were behind on orders obviously. The workers seemed stress and the guy taking orders was just chilling texting on his phone while taking cashier orders. I was mindblown that he was leaning over casually texting while they were so busy. Fortunately the coffee was still good and I didnt miss my flight.

They literally didn't have any option from the breakfast menu at 6 am. For having such a simple menu, you would think they could keep at least 1 item in stock.

Check your drink!
After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, and taking my drink onboard, I was irritated to discover that I had paid $10 for a giant cup of hot milk.
Slow the hell down and check the drinks you’re providing. No way does a triple venti look snow-white when you put the lid on.
Use your critical thinking skills and do better.
