I went through the line twice for food & coffee - both were great. The greatest experience of all was watching a lady at the register go the extra mile for a small customer. One little girl wanted a pink cake pop, but they were gone. Knowing that new inventory was just outside, Barbara took the time to search and find a pink cake pop. That little girls smile was wider than Concourse B!

5:30 am and it was slammed with 20 or so kids between the ages of maybe 10-13, each with an individual order. I did the mobile order, but the cashier was handling each order amazingly. The barista was an absolute PRO! Making all these many ingredient drinks quickly and efficiently. The gentleman handling the food was pumping it out.
