New management is horrendous. The attitude, comments toward customers with staff after customers walk away, and her jumping in over talking everyone (employees and customers) - retaining is needed.

After 21 years of being a loyal Starbucks customer, sometimes stopping by multiple times a day, I can confidently say I am officially done with this company. I’m deleting my account and will no longer be spending my money here.
I frequent the Bayview location for the past 3 years, which used to have great staff and solid customer service. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The management and staff have changed, and so has the overall quality: customer service, wait times, and even the drinks themselves.
I remember when baristas would greet regular customers by name and often remember their orders, that level of connection and care made the experience worthwhile. Now, that would feel like a miracle. Instead, customers are interrogated when pointing out mistakes, as if we’re in the wrong for expecting the drink we paid for, especially with prices climbing higher than ever.
At this point, I don’t just dislike what Starbucks has become, I loathe it. The customer service is terrible, the quality is inconsistent, and despite countless complaints, nothing seems to improve. After years of loyalty, I’m DONE!

During my recent visit, I was served by an employee named Alysia, whose behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. From the beginning of the interaction, I felt unwelcome due to her dismissive attitude and visible frustration. When I politely asked for a tray to carry four drinks, she responded curtly that they did not have any—accompanied by an eye-roll that was both unnecessary and offensive.
To make matters worse, just moments later, I witnessed her open a drawer that contained plenty of trays, directly contradicting what she had just told me. This behavior was not only misleading but also made me feel intentionally disregarded.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, which is not what I expect from a brand like Starbucks that prides itself on customer service and community.
I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately, and that steps will be taken to ensure other customers do not have similar experiences in the future.

Go somewhere else. Bad atmosphere. Orders screwed up. It’s near my work, so I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Management and employees don’t care about customers.

Jessup is a hood location. Very busy and takes care of business. Space is a little small but product and service very good.

No lie, I don’t know if they hand select these Starbucks employees from the Starbucks reserve but they are phenomenal. I come at random times so it’s different employees and they’re always golden. They’re kind, patient and my drink is always on point. Blessings to you all. I’m sure you are amazing people outside of Starbucks, too. So imo Bayview’s the best. Keep on keeping on in whatever you do! Peace
Thanks to Gary and the team for a great experience.

The girl at the counter acted like it was his or her first day. My total was $15.31 and they couldn't accept cash due to not having proper change. POOR MANAGEMENT

It is amazing how asking for your coffee after waiting for 10 mins is frustrating for the staff that is working. Young lady replied so rudely after I kindly ask if my beverage was ready. Eila is the name of the employee. It is very rude to not to have some with a proper attitude working at your business specially if you are going to spend over $7 dollars for a coffee.

Takes 30 minutes to make a double shot of espresso
Perhaps the worst Starbucks I've been to. There were two baristas and five people on line to place their orders... they were cleaning, not even acknowledging the customers. After joking around a bit more, one of them goes to take the order. It's a house drip and yet it took almost five minutes to get it to the customer.
I was third and it took another 10-15 minutes for them to get to me because they began talking again. There are advertisements for their holiday drinks and I choose one of those. I asked for whole milk, which they clearly didn't use since they used the same frother as the woman before me who ordered something with 2%. I also ordered it warm rather than hot. When I received my drink I left but tried my drink which practically burned my mouth. I thought this was strange because the drink came with whipped cream. I removed the lid, no whipped cream. I was really disappointed because I only drink Starbucks as a treat from time to time.

Terrible customer service. Will not make any kind of eye contact when picking orders up. Seems to be bothered by doing the job at hand
