This Starbucks location give unfair treatment. I experienced it today.

Staff are unprofessional and that cashier had a bad attitude with customer . I orders a latte and they literally gave me straight milk with ice. Plus it took them 20 minutes to make two drink , staff was just chatting and not worrying about drinks .

Order ahead and order is never ready. Then 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. Always out of items. There are located in a place where they get high volume of customers but the service just sucks

My first time at a Starbucks in Baltimore. It was a pleasant experience to be able to find a familiar coffee shop while traveling. This location was very clean and spacious. The restrooms were very well maintained and seating area offered outlets to charge your electronics. I can't forget to mention that like all Starbucks they have WiFi access here as well. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I placed my go to drink ( brown sugar shaken espresso) and it was better than I am accustomed to, not watered down nor too sweet, just right! Starbucks is conveniently located in the new plaza near historical buildings and John Hopkins hospital. The parking area and possibly offering drive-thru options could be improvements for this place but overall good safe location to stop by .
