I went to this store on 1/9/25.
This coffee shop is always clean and getting some work done. I went in to order 2 items last night at 730PM, they close at 8.
Here's the hard part. The staff was cleaning, getting ready to close I assume. When I went up to order, the lady seemed annoyed I was there as she was doing things in the kitchen.
I asked for decaff, ended up getting regular coffee. I asked for a tea with extra items and ended up giving me something 7 scoops of something less than I ordered. I was silly enough not to check my drink description tag as I left.
I know getting your coffee and tea wrong is a small thing compared to other problems but I came there and spent money that I've earned. I understand they were eager to go home, but paying for something different from what I ordered is not ok.

I had a frustrating experience today around 5:30 PM. I was waiting for my regular mobile order, and after 10 minutes, my drink still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, the employee was making drinks for walk-in customers and completely ignored mine. When I asked about the delay, she was rude and just told me to “clear the order line.” This same person had previously messed up my drink by adding caramel drizzle, even though I specifically requested none, and then denied doing it. I can't have sugars, so this was really upsetting. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any other Starbucks location. It honestly felt like she was acting like she was serving me for free.
Sam and Stephanie were very polite, knowledgeable and concern they made sure I was comfortable with what I ordering although I couldn't pronounce the item right ?....They didn't put on a act or pretend but they took the time and showed their concern about me and how my morning was going it wasn't just about making $$$ but they showed real CUSTOMER ? and was very professional. ??

I’ve been in town for a few months & I come to this starbucks atleast every other day & the energy is amazing the people are awesome & always helpful , if you’re in the area or visiting I definitely recommend 5/5 stars⭐️

I just came by at 7:57 and the staff decided they would close early. I had a coupon I needed to use that would expire. I knocked on the door, and the baristas looked at me and laughed. The door I was knocking on AND the internet said they were open til 8 pm. The staff decided they were going to close early and rudely ignored me when I tried to come in, and management should be aware of this!!
