On several occasions I kindly requested that my drink have light ice. I think they challenge themselves to put in as much ice as possible.
Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was just oat milk with little to no espresso and no brown sugar flavor. Got it remade and it was worse than the first a complete waste of my time and $8. It’s suppose to be shaken 10 times the worker shook it once and slid me the drink I rather go to the Starbucks inside of Target across the street.This location caters to the drive thru and leaves the walk in online orders waiting and disappointed.

This morning in the drive thru, my husband ordered me a Venti Iced Pecan Crunch oat milk latte. We were told they were out, nbd, it happens. We were given the option of the same drink, just with almond milk, we said that was just fine. At the window we were given a grande hot beverage, we stated that we had ordered a venti iced drink. The barista said no problem, they would remake it, then offered for us to keep the hot beverage. As there was nothing printed on the cup, I asked to confirm what it was (due to my issues with dairy) & he could not tell us other than “it’s what you ordered”. Then we were served my drink, iced this time, but still in the wrong size (grande). I work retail and understand the hectic nature of a rush, but if you’re going to fix a mistake, at least get the correct order correct

The Drive Thru system at Starbucks is very frustrating and poorly designed. Instead of being convenient, it feels confusing and stressful. They really need to modify it to make it more efficient and less time-wasting for customers

I am a regular customer at the Starbucks Brewers Hill location, but my most recent visit left me very disappointed. I ordered the same simple drink I always do — a cold brew with light ice and a splash of cream. When the barista handed me the drink, it was filled with more than half ice. I politely mentioned, “I ordered light ice.” Instead of remaking it, she immediately said, “This is light ice,” then, while laughing, dumped out the drink. When I responded, “Yes, then fill it back up,” she continued laughing for over a minute while remaking it, and then attempted to lecture me about what “light ice” means rather than just correcting the order.
At that point, I already felt uncomfortable from being laughed at in front of the store, but as we walked out, she actually yelled at us, accusing us of being rude — despite the fact that we had simply asked for the drink as ordered. It’s astonishing that an employee who was dismissive and unprofessional from the beginning felt it was acceptable to yell at a customer.
I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was about 5’ tall with blonde hair. This experience has made me think twice about returning to this location.

I go through this drive-through almost daily during the week. The staff, especially Olivia, is so friendly and always brightens my morning.

I sort of feel silly posting a review of a Starbucks, but I get coffee here all the time and everyone who works here is always very polite, so I have to stand up for this place since they're getting lots of 1 star reviews. The interior of this location is also very pleasant and very clean. If you want to sit down and take your time drinking your coffee, come here.
Well…. I’m about to call the store b/c I asked for a specific drink and style and my drink I get everyday! An even from this location made by evening staff Brista. I was hoping a few faces I would recognize but…. My luck was not good today! .

Ordered a cold brew & was giving half cream & iced coffee. Then I ask how much cream did you put in here? She said a lot. Then she remade it with iced coffee again. Piss poor service. All because she didn’t want to have to change the cold brew tank.. very disappointed as I come to the Starbucks 3-4 times a week. Sad
Customer service was good but they forgot to make 1 of the 2 drinks I ordered. Also seems like they don’t want people in the store there were no papers towels or soap in the bathrooms and they have to music so loud I couldn’t focus and had to leave.
This location consistently makes drinks wrong, so much so, it almost feels like they willfully take shortcuts. They never miss an opportunity to ask verbally for a tip- but don’t want to trade good service and a good drink for it.
This Starbucks is just poorly managed. It’s got entitlement rot. The best things is that it offers a drive-thru, but I need more…
I spend money every day on Starbucks. At this location near my home all the days this man works are unpleasant. I specified for my orders to be extra hot, but what they gave me was lukewarm. When I was politely asking about why my order came out lukewarm, the man in charge of the drive-thru completely ignored me and repeated “Have a good day!” while I’m inquiring before turning away. I eventually just said “Okay” and left to write this. There are usually very friendly and kind women who work in his place. He is disrespectful and superficial, an employee who does not even like serving customers. This is the only location that whenever I come, I feel like something is not right with some of the workers.
