There’s definitely racism here at this Starbucks. If you’re black they don’t want you there, they make that very clear when you walk through the door. Instead of being greeted it’s dirty looks then when a white person walks in after me they smile and greet them. DONT BUY HERE IF YOURE A MINORITY

I ordered a chai latte with no ice, but the cup was only about 75% full. I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth about it, so I just stayed quiet and left a one-star rating instead. Asking for no ice shouldn’t mean getting less of the drink—I paid full price, so I expect a full cup.

Wanted to try something and wanted to try something new and put the Barista Mr. Lane up to the challenge. He met it and exceeded it with amazing customer service and knowledge. 10/10

Cool spot to chill out while down Fells
I visited Starbucks two days in a row, consuming like any other customer and working on site. When I needed to use the restroom, I found a maintenance sign on the door and a staff-only restroom across from it. When I asked to use the restroom, they boldly told me to go to the market across the street!
The next day, the same issue persisted. To my surprise, employees freely used the supposedly out-of-order restrooms while disregarding customers. I pointed out the disrespect, and the staff member dismissively apologized, saying 'sorry.'"

literally ordered an iced doppio espresso with less ice, I received basically a cup of ice and was told by a girl with blue hair that it couldn’t be remade with less ice??? When it literally says less ice on the ticket, I guess common sense isn’t so common at this location.

Starbucks app allowed me to place an order on Sunday 7/21 5:40am and stated order would be ready around 5:44am. Pulled up to the store which was doors locked, lights off, and closed. One I should have never been able to place the order, but also the store hours state opening at 6am which I waited and store was still closed at 6:20am. I hope I get a refund.

I am a tourist from Pennsylvania and I was in the area and wanted to get something to drink. After I placed my order the employee informed me they could not accept my $50 bill because it was too large. Firstly there should have been a sign on the door and second I don’t understand why my cash could have not been accepted. A $50 bill is not that large especially considering this Starbucks was in a super busy location. I guess I’m the only one in the area who uses cash money.
