Awesome staff and great customer service! My wife has a very special drink that doesn’t get made right at some Starbucks. These guys made it perfectly and made a suggestion on how to order it in the future. She is extremely pleased now every time her drink is made! Keep up the good work ladies!

Came to 100 Pratt st and this is my 3rd time of having bad customer service from the cashier. Came into this establishment to try the new fall drink apple crisp after a long hiatus from this business. I came in and spoke to the cashier and got no response. I asked was she the cashier because she was standing there and it was only then that I got a response so I greeted her once again "good morning " nothing. I gave her my order and then she asked if I wanted a receipt the end. I asked the barrister which is the reason for a 1 because he was nice. I got the address and her name Tia from him. I didn't want interact anymore with her. After I leave her line then I hear hello to the next guest. Maybe I disturbed her rest time because she was just standing there waiting for a customer. I been working Downtown by this Starbucks for 11 hrs and it seems nothing changes about this one

Baristas treated me like I was interrupting them. All I wanted was an iced coffee but was almost too afraid to order. Sometimes saying Hi to a customer makes them feel a lot more comfortable before they order...
The service here is fantastic. The staff is always attentive and friendly, even during the usually busy morning hours.
