Very very very rude behavior from the employee who was by the register when my family opened the door to come inside. She was african American and didn’t say hi or acknowledge us and just sarcastically yelled “we are closed. You can make your way back out”. Then she just started continuing to work. We were shocked at the behavior and walked away. Shocked at anyone who would hire a disrespectful employee like that. No customer service skills.

Terrible ！！！There was a long wait to finish the order because they didn't make it in order, and they had to keep giving ice water to the kids around them, at least 20 ice water to a dozen kids before making mine, and waited 30 minutes to get my drink.

By far the best Starbucks ever! Staff are cool and my coffee is always spot on. I am here nearly everyday since this is my neighborhood coffee shop so I can honestly say I lucked out!
