I had such a fantastic experience at this Starbucks in Baltimore thanks to Dandre. He was incredibly kind and really went the extra mile. He let me try my drink before I left and even offered to adjust it if I didn’t like it. Honestly, he made my coffee run way more special and brightened my day. Huge thanks to him for the awesome service!

This is a top tier Starbucks! I travel a lot, and must admit that Starbucks is my favorite breakfast spot when I'm out of the house. The people are super kind, the location is PROPERLY STAFFED, and the drinks I ordered were consistent with expectations every time. They're efficient and get good work done at this location!

I ordered my cold foam cold brew and immediately knew something was wrong I saw 3 small flies in my cold foam and the service was so slow that it was horrendous and to get it wrong them try to have me wait another hr for them to just look at the flies
Our server was very friendly ☺️ and she repeated our orders to make sure we were satisfied

Standard Starbucks experience. For those who remember this as a Starbucks Reserve you need to know it is not anymore. It is now a standard Starbucks. I do not think they have any of the fancy brewers and the select special drinks menus anymore. If you check the Starbucks Reserve website it is not on their list. Nothing wrong with the store or service but if you came here because you thought they still had all the special things you will be disappointed like I was.
