I just wanted to post this saying this person posted this review saying they got expired food but if you can actually read,,,, the package says production date ,,,,, not expiration date plus I’ve watched the staff change out their pastries when their suppose to. Anyways,,,

I've been a loyal customer of this Starbucks at 1209 Charles Street specifically because I wanted to support one of the first unionized locations.
However, my recent experience left me extremely disappointed.
First off, the sugar packets were kept out of customers' reach - I've never encountered this at any other Starbucks.
After purchasing a $4 coffee and leaving a $1 tip, I grabbed a single sugar packet, assuming they were busy.
The employee who served me didn't even bother to say good morning when I greeted them.
But suddenly, they snapped at me as if I'd done something wrong by taking sugar for the coffee I'd just bought.
This kind of attitude towards a paying (and tipping!) customer is unacceptable.
It's especially disappointing coming from a unionized location - this behavior poorly represents what unions should stand for.
Between the inaccessible sugar, lack of basic courtesy, and the unnecessarily hostile attitude, this visit left a bitter taste in my mouth - and not just from the unsweetened coffee.
I expected much better from a union shop.
They need to seriously reconsider their customer service approach and sugar placement policy.

This Starbucks served me a lemon pastry with an expired date on 10/01/24, at 5:25 pm. Waste of money! Beware. Managers, please retrain staffers.

I order chai tea latte no water whole milk and extra pump chai and she give me another coffee and waste my time and she charge me 7$ for regular coffee I she thinks I don’t know difference between chai latte or regular coffee I didn’t get what I purchase

They are always very quick and say hello when I come in.
The staff are a bit cold and not engaging. Maybe cause we are Law enforcement. But they got my coffee made on time. Asked if I can have more milk (like stated in the mobile order) and was told usually they charge extra for it (never do since I use app and if it’s extra I get charged? Ether way felt unwanted and rushed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in. No stairs wide doors
