I don't even how to describe what happened at this subway. Ordered my food no issue there until time to check out. Asked for a combo only charged me for the sub & chips, cool no big deal I have drinks in the house. I payed then the person that made my sandwich tries to charge me for a combo while the guy that checked me out tries to toss my receipt. Over all just felt shady.

They’re supposed to close at 12 am on saturdays, so we were planning to get food there and showed up at 11:45 to the door being locked. We were going to go to the bathroom there as well, so we called and asked if we could at least use the bathroom if we couldn’t get food since they were supposed to still be open and we had planned to get food and use the bathroom. I was told they were closed. I said the hours on the door say they’re open until 12 am and it is only 11:45 and the open sign is still on. He told me he just hadn’t turned it off yet but didn’t address the fact that according to the hours posted on the door they were supposed to still be open.

I went to this place twice since I been working in the area the Spanish dude who's working is. Very rude stealing money from customers I gave him 2 5 dollar bills and 3 one dollar bills never got my money back that he stole he charged my co worker extra money when we know the tax bracket ask him and the manager whom was on the phone to count the draw they both refused don't go to this place I won't be going back ever again they needed the money more than me
Employee refused to add extra sauce even though it is free. He also refused to let me close the door when it was 43* outside.

I made an online order that plainly stated turkey and ham. I got tuna? And then when I called to complain, I was asked to come the next day for a discount? This place sucks. Give me my refund.

Very rude near closing time. As a fellow business owner, I would never make my customers feel they way I did walking out of that place.

One star, the place has a very bad smell and prices are too high compared to the quality, furthermore, in my sandwich the becon was TOTALLY raw.

Claims bathroom is locked from inside. Made no effort to try to fix it. Pretty sure you need operable bathrooms in the city. Not a very motivated worker. Either he needs more help or he is very apathetic. Don’t recommend. I have to go find a bathroom now.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff here, but I don’t recommend placing mobile orders for this location. They don’t read the receipt print outs and ruin your order. If a product isn’t available, the buyer should be informed! Not robbed blind. Uselessness at its finest. ?
Says they close at 8PM. The worker was cleaning up inside and wouldn't let us in at 7.30pm
