They messed up our order couple times first time we haven’t said anything just ignored when they messed up second time and raised concern calling them they didn’t wanna accept the fault and the girls started making excuses. They couldn’t even have a proper english conversation they would be repeating same words again and again as a recorded message. Overall we didn’t had good experience so we started going to different location.

Can I give them a '-1'; 20mins to make my 3 sandwichs. There was one person in front of me as a customer and 2 women behind the counter. They counted each item they put in, did I mention they were absolutely slow. The food quality was nasty, looked like it's been sitting out all day on a hot day. They didn't even cut the subs properly, 1) not all the way through and 2) not even close to right down the middle.
This place needs to be shut down.

Horrible people. The two girls who are working dont even talk in English and when I asked them that I didn’t receive any Sauce on my sub, I could hear her on the background saying “OH GOD” as if I was scamming her and then denied me a manager. Horrible horrible staff

On 4/4/25 @ Approximately 8:05pm, I ordered the $6.99 meal. The server asked me did I want the tuna and I said yes. I added bacon and had it toasted. I paid for the bill that came up to $8.25 comprising of $6.79 for the sandwich, $.99 for bacon, and then taxes. After paying, I grab the chips that come with the meal and asked for the soda cup. The young lady told me she didn't charge me for the meal, just the sandwich, and that I could only have either the chips or soda and not both free. I told her I order the mael and it was her misunderstanding on her part. Then I pointed out that there was only a $.20 difference between the meal and single sandwich and she said sorry, but I could only have one or the other. That is when I asked for my money back and left and went to the one on Frederick Rd Catonsville, MD.
If any one else have experienced service like this, it's time to stop shopping at places not customer friendly and let their business go elsewhere.

Great experience. Service was terrific. They were pleasant and accommodated my request for a special order salad which was just delicious. Restaurant was well kept. I will go back again.

Poor customer service the two young ladies that closed on 12/5 was very rude unprofessional and I’m never spending my money in here again
I ordered the turkey club. I told him toasted she never toasted it, and I only got one and a half slices of bacon no extra turkey as I asked as well. When I realized it was not even toasted by the time I got to the house she didn’t do anything I asked her. The service was terrible.

The worker is very unpleasant to try and take my order, especially ordering for someone in need. Upon trying to order, the worker didn’t know what number the sub was which she kept on a arguing on till we just order a number 20. Also, the restriction of using a coupon for restricted subs only with certain meats is unfair as coupons are not shouldn’t be restricted to a few selection. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you don’t wanna deal with bad service from the workers themselves.

They'll rip you off if you're not paying attention, I was charged extra for meat I didn't order and they refused to fix the issue

They just scammed me, I asked for my sandwich to be half and half of 2 different meats, at the end the charged me extra, I asked why bc I did NOT say extra, it was the lady's fault the one making my order, and one guy from the kitchen came to tell me that they cannot do nothing about it even though I never say EXTRA, I said half and half.
