Yesss I went in yesterday the food was delicious I love how they take there time making the sandwiches so far this is my favorite subway place I used to work at subway I love how there clean and constantly refilling trays you can tell everything is fresh and ready I will be coming back sooon

I haven't eaten at subway for years but recently since my job is near this location I started getting it here and there. But this time I noticed that they skimp on the meat big time. Granted I used a coupon but using a coupon shouldn't change the quality when its the company that made the coupon itself. But this location loaded our subs with onions and mayonnaise and that was pretty much it. The meat on our sandwiches were almost nonexistent when that wasnt the case when I brought a sub from them full price last time. It was so light , 3 subs in the bag felt lighter one sub from last time. When he handed me the bag it felt so light that it felt like he gave me a bag with just bread. I agree with previous comments on how people come into our communities and sell us stuff but give us the lowest quality and are borderline disrespectful while doing it but they continue to do so because we keep giving them our money. Subway is back on my blacklist for this one. Because in my opinion giving less just because I used a coupon that was agreed and printed by your company is unethical practices.

The location was clean and the workers were very pleasant. I ordered 3 sandwiches. When I got home one of sandwiches had a piece of hair on it.

The food was good. However, even as a paying customer, they didn't allow me to use the restroom. I explained that I have medical problems and that it was urgent that I use the restroom. Even after explaining this, the staff still refused to allow me to use the bathroom. I find this to be unacceptable and won't be returning.

Manager who works at this Subway was sick and has a terrible cough. He is preparing subs. I asked him not to help prepare my subs. I'm angry with myself for paying for it because I'm sure he's touched everything in the restaurant that other employees are touching and picking up his germs and preparing subs. It's a shame the owners think it's ok to spread illness. He should have stayed home. Waisted my money because couldn't bring myself to eat it. Hopefully others will read this.

Harl store # 5311.. this store seems have made their own menu for any coupons. They do not go by what the coupon say. Then when you asked to speak to a manager, they said he’s out of country and will not be back anytime soon. I’ve ordered multiple times from them. They do not know how to do anything extra when I said I wanted extra olives. I got four instead of three is there is she mutters under her breath and a different language

To Owner...It is a good place..but in other subways I have not seen STEEL COVER HIDING THE EATABILE ITEMS,if this steel cover is removed the customers can select properly the EATABLE ITEMS OF THEIR CHOICE..I gave suggestion to employee incharge,but he was highly incooperative and disrespectful...thanks

PLEASE BE AWARE !
These employees use the same gloves to make your food, to touch their dirty appliances … I could not believe i watched her start my sandwich and stop to go touch an appliance and then pick the meat back up

I always come in and get a pepperoni pizza with onions & green peppers the staff are friendly and clean and fix your food how you want it the restroom are clean and neat and dinning area is always neat & clean

We as people , BLACKS Espeacilly. Need to stop spending money in establishments. That refuse to show an ounce of Gratitude /Appreciation. I come in the store is empty. Manager & clerk. I order a pizza. No problem right? Wrong. they waited , Two customers who came in approximately 5min after me. She starts preparing the next customer order. I had to ask WHAT ABOUT MY ORDER. The manager says. IT WILL ONLY TAKE A MINUTE WE CAN MAKE IT NOW. Funny if it only took a minute why wasn't it prepared right away. Scratch this off the GO TO!!

I placed an order on the app and realized it was to the wrong restaurant. When I called to cancel iti was told I couldn't. When I expressed how upset I was by this because I didn't have a car and was already at a Subway the man began screaming f you at me, at least 5 times, cashed me a motherfer twice and Hung up on me. I didn't scare easily, but this scared me. There's are plenty of other sandwich places available, these people do NOT deserve your hard earned money
