Sent teenager in with $15 gift card purchased as a gift to buy themselves dinner. Was told by employee that there was zero balance on the card. Child was made to feel like they were trying to steal. Tried giftcard on app and it was perfectly valid with $15 balance. Went later in evening to talk with employee to let them know there was something wrong with card reader. Employee lied and stated gift card machine was broken for two days. I asked why he didnt tell my child that when they tried to pay. Then employee back pedaled and stated there was something wrong with the giftcard. Will not be returning.

Covid is on the rise again along with the flu,and RSPV, and these guys didn't have any labels or tape to secure the food being delivered??. Will never order from here again!

Stop here often for lunch while working in the area. It's an above average SubWay, clean and the line moves fast. The reason I'm leaving this review is because a customer was giving the staff a hard time over cookies. He took them and paid for them, brought them to the bathroom and then tried to say they were no good. He insisted on cutting the line to complain, the staff told him he needed to wait and they'd warm them up. He then threw a tantrum, called the owner and corporate, saying he's been treated rudely and that the staff need to be fired. I want the franchise owner to know his staff handled the situation well and the customer was the problem.
