The first lady at the counter was very polite and helpful however the second lady seemed completely confused making anything she didn't seem to understand English very well and kept talking to her coworkers in Spanish she seemed very confused and used her hands to take the the meat for my sandwich out of the oven instead of using the tray and then proceeded to play hot potato with the tray my sandwich meat was in and eventually threw it upside down on my sandwich and did NOT spread the meat, when it came to the condiments she did not put a regular amount on my sandwich and just seemed overall confused and not trained well

Not bad for an airport. The sandwich we got was as expected (decent), and the service was pretty good. The reason this gets four stars is because several of the vegetables looked wilted and gross. The lettuce and cucumbers looked particularly bad, so I decided to forgo those.

Dietary restrictions: They do a good job customizing things to be good for lactose intolerance!

Friday March 1st at 1148am...How is that rude woman allowed to keep her job....she was rude to every customer in front of me and she was rude to me...I can not see her name tag ....but it doesn't matter if I can see her name or not I'm quite sure there has been multiple complaints....her supervisor knows she treat people ugly....Noone cares....every time we fly to Florida we fly to bwi first....I will never eat here again....Noone that rude should be in customer service

This is my first time ever eating at any subway. It was right in front of my gate and I’ve heard good things about the chain in general but this was just awful. The service was poor and the sandwich just tasted bad, kind of like it was left in the fridge for a week and then warmed up. I will not ever be going to another subway. Awful first impression.

Employees talked the each other instead of listening to what the customer wanted on there sub. I asking the over and over again to add things on my sub and they didn't listen. Saw the same thing happen to 5 other people. Manager came by and just grab herself 3 keeps and started eating them while we were all standing there just trying to get something to eat as we are rushing to still get to a flight. I will not ever come to this subway every again and don't recommend to stop here. A customer should always be greeted and listen to so we can know that are food is being prepared by someone who care about are food.

I have eaten at hundreds of subways across the United States, and this experience was hands down the worst of them all. Sold out of most items in the middle of the day, workers were rude, bread was stale, and the restaurant was dirty.
