My Daughter Ordered From This Store & Not Only Did They Not Give Her The Food They Kept Her Money. When She Tried To Get In Touch With Them They Blocked Her Number. They Have Poor Customer Service & I Do Not Recommend This Location!!! Stay Away From This Place No Accountability!!!

My sister and I were driving through and stopped to charge our car at the nearby chargers. Went to Subway for a quick bite -- So impressed! The place was spotless -- counters, tables, floor. The food was clearly freshly prepared, and the women working were super. My sister can't eat gluten -- they made her a beautiful spinach salad! My tuna sub was delicious. Highly recommend this location if you like Subway.

First and last time visiting this location. The sign on the door said closes at 830 I got there about 815. I wanted a meatball sub she put it on cheese bread I asked for it to be toasted she stated that she just turned off the toaster and it would take a long time to heat back up so she took my sandwich to the back and stated she would toast it there needless to say I wasn’t happy with that got in my car thought about it and just threw the sandwich away . She seemed very irritated about me even wanting my bread toasted she really needs subway customer service class…That visit was a waste of my time and money.

Everytime I order from here via the app this subway location messes up my order, everytime. I can tell you that living in a predominately black area that they get orders from that they intentionally messes up my order. I called today to speak with this restaurant about the sandwich they made which had barely any vegetables. They did not properly make my sandwiches and when I call in to complain they act like they cant communicate properly. Ive had whole orders from this store that had missing items all the time. I always have a issue with this location.

I can conclude by saying that there not only was a lack of veggies but also to add insult to injury that only added a miniscule of mayonnaise. No red onions. All i tasted was the spinach salt and pepper. When I called today the lady with an accent stated she didnt have time to talk because she had customers in line to help.

Look carefully to see if they add cheese... why don't they add cheese in the last two purchases... that's my only complaint, they should read what you order online... and not put the ingredients they want... when you order online and go to pick up it's almost never what you order...

They always close 30 minutes beforeI think that if they have a schedule they should comply with the...close at the time the place says, not half an hour before you run and in the end they don't change the schedule at all. Ho, change the staff

This Subway I gave a rating of 3 because I wanted a meatball sub and they had no meatballs which I understood cause it was close to closing time I did not realize it before I went also the staff were cool and the fixings looked okay so I unfortunately couldn't get the sub I wanted to see how it was maybe next time.

This place is horrible !!! Older lady behind the counter yelling at a customer without a mask on !!! Mayor of Baltimore as of August 6th 2021 ! That you must wear a mask indoors !! I will never go back
