Terrible Service. Before the subway representative began creating my sandwich she asked to see my identification card. ( I literally used the online app in front of her before the order even rung up in the store. I asked for the person making my sandwich if she could not add a certain sauce to the sandwich while showing her my online receipt and she continues to do so anyways & creates an argument. I've taken pictures in regard to this incident but being the person that I am I won't publicly humiliate someone. This store doesn't deserve my business is all.

They always close 30 minutes beforeI think that if they have a schedule they should comply with the...close at the time the place says, not half an hour before you run and in the end they don't change the schedule at all. Ho, change the staff

This Subway I gave a rating of 3 because I wanted a meatball sub and they had no meatballs which I understood cause it was close to closing time I did not realize it before I went also the staff were cool and the fixings looked okay so I unfortunately couldn't get the sub I wanted to see how it was maybe next time.

This place is horrible !!! Older lady behind the counter yelling at a customer without a mask on !!! Mayor of Baltimore as of August 6th 2021 ! That you must wear a mask indoors !! I will never go back

This was my first visit to this location with my guy. First impression, the place is spotless. The gentleman working tonight was mopping with proper signage. The young lady working behind the counter quickly took our order and did a beautiful job and honestly did the best job at making sandwiches of any subway I've ever been to. Perfect temp of toasting, perfect amount of items in the sandwich, just absolutely a breath of fresh air in friendly service, proper covid protocol, and we were thankful to be able to sit in their clean dining area. Thank you. A very welcoming experience. We visited at 6:36pm this evening. Staff deserve recognition. Calling the # on my receipt to let their corporate know.

My experience at this location has been great! Customer service is amazing. They do clean to make sure it stays clean do to COVID which is a good thing specially for a food industry.
I love this subway location. But every time I come in the 2 ladies always have a attitude. They greet rudely or don’t greet at all . As far as the food it is great and the store is clean.

Been coming here for a while and the only problem I have had was the drink dispenser always made the soda taste weak. Now I’ve had two experiences in a row where I felt sick after eating the food. Won’t be coming here anymore.
