I got a cheese steak sub which was overdone and the steak was hard, my wife got a chicken sub, there was hardly any chicken at all on there and it looks like they used all this stale ends. I was surprised we usually get good service from this place but not this

I placed my order through the mobile app I was sitting outside in my car waiting, and I went an inside to get my food, no one was in the store that I could see so I had to start hollering hello hello and then a guy came from the back I asked him did he get my mobile order he said yes, he had not made my food he got the cold cut meat and put it on the bread and he peeled the cheese. It was all broken up on the subs. I told him to remove that broken up cheese off my sandwiches The tomatoes were bad I asked did he have fresh tomatoes he stated no this is all we have Bad attitude, long-winded with making my sandwiches. Poor customer service.

This used to be the best subway around but must have changed hands because now I would not recommend coming here. When we came in we were told no coupons with no explanation. So we downloaded the app and applied the coupon there for pick up. We left and came back when the order was ready. The order was not ready even though it stated it was in the app but he did make the last sub as soon as he saw us. We ordered a footlong meatball, footlong veggie, and small fountain drink. The meatball sub was good but the veggie was not great. Not many vegetables, only two cucumbers on the whole sandwich, very dry despite having mayo. Very unfortunate for a veggie sub, I've had plenty of great veggie subs before. The first fountain drink we got tasted off so we dumped the excess to get a different soda. The worker yelled at us saying we were rude and could not do that and asked us repeatedly if we had any manners. We didn't engage and just left. Overall pretty weird and bad experience. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I love it here and have always had a great experience over the years. Its me and my best friends go-to meeting spot and our go-to place after school!! extremely convenient and is less than 5 minutes (walking) from my house!!!10/10!!!!!!!
