A roach touched my foot! I partially killed it and I told the staff about it, they didn't seem to care , I switch tables and after the roach continued to crawl around till another customer pushed it further into the room to show the staff. After it continued to squirm around in the middle of the room with no sight of anyone taking care of it, I decided to just pack up my meal and leave, though I'm not sure if I actually want to eat that sandwich anymore ?

The customer service here is absolutely trashy. I was trying to place my order and the service lady was not speaking loud enough for me to hear. Let alone could hardly speak any English. then she gets mad at me because I can’t understand what she saying while there is a machine blaring in my ears, that is absolutely unacceptable. I rather drive twenty minutes to the nearest subway than ever come here again.

Today I wanted a light lunch so I decided on subway. When I entered this location the employee was having a dispute with another customer that seem to be hostile. When I started my order, I asked for a BLT. They then proceeded to tell me I was unable to get a BLT. Not sure why so I decided to get the all American club. I stated to the employee that I only wanted my bacon heated up and then I proceeded to tell them what type of cheese I wanted, which was provolone minutes later my whole entire sub was heated it up instead of becoming upset with the employee. I just walked out and decided to go to another location when it comes to fast food we have to make sure that we spend our money where we will be treated in a matter that we deserve.
