The customer service here is absolutely trashy. I was trying to place my order and the service lady was not speaking loud enough for me to hear. Let alone could hardly speak any English. then she gets mad at me because I can’t understand what she saying while there is a machine blaring in my ears, that is absolutely unacceptable. I rather drive twenty minutes to the nearest subway than ever come here again.
Adrianne three manager is very nice. I made. App order and I didn't pick it up in time before they closed. So the next few days when I had time I went to the store and they gave me my order for FREE AFTER I CALLES GUEST RELATIONS. As such when I arrived to the store I DIDN'T have any issues or problems with them remembering my issues. So they get 4 stars from me for being clean courteous and respectful.
the sales Lady was very nice and greeted me with a smile.She fixedy son sub just the way he like it. The first Subway I went to was not good.The sale lady tried to charge me a different price then what was on the sign and she said the next time you come here you will pay the price she said.I told her I will when it is on the sign.She point her finger in my face . The second Subway I went to at Milford Shopping Center was great .I Talked about her first.
