This Subway is one of the best ones I've visited. The food is always fresh and I always get it my way. Keyran and Rosie are always there to provide a smile or a joke while making your order. So stop on by while shopping in this center for a sandwich or just a smile.

Since the new owners have taken over, it's not as good anymore. When I use coupons, they accept them, but they tell you what you can't buy with them. So if you want a roast beef sandwich, you cannot use a coupon even if I use a coupon of buy one whole sub. Get half free. And I pay full price for the roast beef. It won't be accepted under the coupon. This store has really gone down. Since the new owners have taken over. Yes, it's clean and yes they are there all day and open, but it has really gone down as far as the subs..hardly no meat on them n they dont look happy when you ask for extra veggies..and I spent a lot of money here and I am not going to continue to patronize this store. OH..And the owner can be very rude...to many other Subways..and I am thinking about calling corporate.

They ask how is your day The employees are always baking bread and cookies daily as well as washing their hands after dealing with food and money after each customer. The staff ialways remember the customers and their meal and fix it in a timely manner. I love this store .in roasedale kenwood area.
If u look at the ratings for the Essex store subway gas station on backriver that store not good the girl sharon accused me of stealing a bag of gummies and yell at me serial number of times . And they didn't greet me when I entered their store at backriver gestation and the lady name shenita never washed her hands wasn't nice she wasn't clean and very nasty person with the yelling that she was doing at me . So kenwood cheasco subway is the best ! God bless them !

The owner is extremely rude and unclean. He made me wait 20 minutes while he spoke to someone on his cell phone and then he tried to make the sub without washing his hands. He's is there from open to close and always has a nasty mean attitude, please go to another Subway near by. Local neighbor in Rosedale!

Rude! I came here 15 mins before closing time in which they don’t close until 930 and the door was unlocked and was greeted by an employee yelling from the back we are closed! We are closed! I said oh wow hello the sign says you guys close at 930 she said I know but we are closed then when she noticed my face she tried to switch up and ask how was I paying. I turned around and walked out by this time she was yelling no we can take your order it’s fine. Like if so why be rude soon as I opened the door? I continued to walk out they will no longer get my money.
