STALE SUBCRUNCH!!! ordered a sandwich and as soon as I placed it I went to pick it up, and it was very recently done so no it’s wasn’t even soggy from the sauce, it was STALE, like left out for a while. No crunch, they put so little of the vegetables. Didn’t seem like the bacon was put in the oven. Do better.
This Subway is one of the best ones I've visited. The food is always fresh and I always get it my way. Keyran and Rosie are always there to provide a smile or a joke while making your order. So stop on by while shopping in this center for a sandwich or just a smile.

Since the new owners have taken over, it's not as good anymore. When I use coupons, they accept them, but they tell you what you can't buy with them. So if you want a roast beef sandwich, you cannot use a coupon even if I use a coupon of buy one whole sub. Get half free. And I pay full price for the roast beef. It won't be accepted under the coupon. This store has really gone down. Since the new owners have taken over. Yes, it's clean and yes they are there all day and open, but it has really gone down as far as the subs..hardly no meat on them n they dont look happy when you ask for extra veggies..and I spent a lot of money here and I am not going to continue to patronize this store. OH..And the owner can be very rude...to many other Subways..and I am thinking about calling corporate.

This store is wonderful the employees are always happy to see the customers and they are great people when u come to the door .happy jolly employees clean ! They ask how is your day The employees are always baking bread and cookies daily as well as washing their hands after dealing with food and money after each customer. The staff ialways remember the customers and their meal and fix it in a timely manner. I love this store .in roasedale kenwood area.
If u look at the ratings for the Essex store subway gas station on backriver that store not good the girl sharon accused me of stealing a bag of gummies and yell at me serial number of times . And they didn't greet me when I entered their store at backriver gestation and the lady name shenita never washed her hands wasn't nice she wasn't clean and very nasty person with the yelling that she was doing at me . So kenwood cheasco subway is the best ! God bless them !
