The 2 women that were there today were EXTREMELY rude. They refused to take one of their own coupons first saying that I couldn’t use it on the sandwiches I was purchasing and when I told her that I’ve used coupons here before on the same exact order that I ALWAYS order, I was called a liar and the story then changed to “this location doesn’t accept them”. Again, I used the same coupon at the same location on the same 2 sandwiches less than 3 weeks ago! If this location refuses their own coupons it needs to be addressed before someone walks in the door let alone starts to order. Furthermore, your employees need attitude checks and maybe a staff meeting so EVERYONE can get on the same page as to what your policies are.

They don’t answer the PHONE!!!! Like is the phone broke!!! Need to call corporate on you guys.
Had an issue with online ordering and my entire order being different from my regular order.
Could not eat the order that was made. When I came in the manager/owner instead of trying to offer solutions or even help they immediately said “well it’s on the receipt there’s nothing we can do”. I work half a block away and have been a regular at this subway. I will no longer be ordering from there again purely for how they handled it. Something should also be done with the online ordering system because all I did was edit my regular order foot long to removed the combo add on and add my 2$ rewards and it reverted my whole sandwich. I didn’t get to eat anything for lunch because I could not eat the sandwich that was made and they had to throw it away. I have a chronic illness so it will effect me for the whole day.
I get that they don’t have control over the online ordering system but they could at least have been a little kinder in how they handled the situation.

It's was cozy. We ate in. Staff was professional. Just not the friendliest. Food was great!
