I have order from this subway online about 5 times now and every-time I do they never have it ready not even prepared. I wait at least 15 mins before I go pick up and even then I get inside and have to wait another 15 just for them to make my order. When I go into the store it is completely empty so I don’t see how it’s not ready.

6/14/25 Once again I’m telling this slow as a turtle lady making my sandwich to get a hand full of each damn topping for for my 15$sub!!!And the guy with the turban on is all over the place !!

Never order ur sandwiches online. Sandwiches be small as hell. And missing veggies and sauce. I ordered the famous half pound boss. Ain't nothing big about this!!! Only order in store.

While they have great service and fast. They don't honor coupons for certain sandwiches. Like roast beef.

Tried out one of the new wraps last night. Something in the sandwich tasted horrible. It tasted like dawn or pinesol. Some sort of cleaning supply. Horrible. After the second bite I was done. Rinse your serving bowls and counter tops thoroughly!!! Because I know for a FACT what I tasted was a soapy cleaning substance!

The attendant was super nice,efficient and friendly. Service was fast .

Vegetarian options: Loads of veggies to choose from but I don't see tofu.

Dietary restrictions: The vegetarian selection is fair enough...

Kid-friendliness: Spacious enough for kids to sit and play on their tab...

I wish I could give ZERO stars! My daughter wanted to try the foot long cookie so we stopped at this location. I’ve been there several times and have never experienced such bad customer service! I’m not sure if the person is one of the owners or just an employee, but he was a tall slender older guy with his head wrapped in a turban. As soon as I walked in he started yelling no bathroom no bathroom! I was confused because I came in to buy cookies, I said sir what makes you think I’m looking for the bathroom, I actually came in to buy cookies. So he starts lining up the tables to block off the bathroom! By then I had had enough and decided to got to McDonald’s. While in McDonald’s I saw another customer who was in subway while I was there, I asked her what happened and she said this same gentleman was rude so she took her business elsewhere! I will NEVER spend my money there again because clearly they have an issue with brown ppl!

Was able to get a reduced price foot long by using a coupon. They had music turned up so loudly I had to yell what I wanted to order and the toppings. I told them the music was too loud and they did turn it down a little bit when I was preparing to leave.

I hope that they just opened up because they were slow, The younger employee was great the older guy not so much. Customer service is NOT what it used to be. The current attitudes and the way you talk to customers is as important now as it has always been. Bad service can be couteracted by a great disposition and friendly personality.
