Store closes @9pm me and my wife entered at 8:35pm. I asked the lady very politely to please change gloves. She very aggressively pulled off her gloves and said what do you want? I asked her to toast the bread, she then rolled her eyes and told other employee it's already cleaned. I drive 10 mins away to a different subway. This location is rude and passive aggressive.

Purchased the meatball footlong. The meatballs are mushy. I'm sitting here eating it, like this taste horrible.I tried calling, no one is answering. I don't have time to go back today. I'll try taking back tomorrow. Too pricey to just throw out.

I admit I did show up for a sandwich 20 mins before closing, however the tools needed to measure sandwich portions were not available because they were being cleaned. In my opinion the young lady attempted to cheat me out of tuna by using a knife to measure smears of tuna. I requested that she add more because it did not look like the sandwich contained the usual amount. She said that she smeared on the same portions. How could she know that for sure without using the scoop to measure the proportions? I then requested that she measure using the actual scoop and she would see that I did not receive the correct amount. She declined. I declined to buy the sandwich at all. Will not be returning to this location again. I wish I got her name but she is a young lady with colored hair.
