Great store shop there frequently.
They are to heavy handed, they don’t hear good. You can’t understand them, they can’t understand you, they just make the sandwich. What ever you say a little of they do a lot, communication is off

The guy that works weekdays during lunch is the man. Dude is super nice, really quick for being by himself, and makes good subs ??

The place was clean but the service and food did not match the environment. With the many ingredients added to my sub it was unfavorably bland. The server was unkind and short tempered. My three friends and I ( all over 60) chose this location to have lunch and talk business. Not sure if it was the servers inability to clearly communicate in English or his assuming dislike for , women, short women, short women with short hair, tall men, bald head tall men or black people, but he seemed uneasy and uptight starting with my friends request of an ADVERTISED item that he said they don't make. We ordered sat, ate and conversed. After about 90 minutes of conversation we were asked to leave because we were beyond the 20 minute time limit to sit and eat. The place has seating for at least 16 people and no more than 4 ( with us being 3 of the 4 )sat and ate during the entire time. He seemed to have an air of fear, dislike, or something I can't put my finger on that provoked him to want us out of his presence as much as he wanted our money in his register. It was an awful experience from beginning to end. He said he was sorry for asking us to leave a totally empty sub shop. Yea, he is " sorry". Not sure what his experiences have been, but he needs to get out of public service, and maybe only interact with the exact people he likes and no others. And, that's not at a public place in Baltimore city.

Went into buy soda and chips, my friend needed to use the restroom. Guy behind the counter gave us a look up and down as if we’re some homeless people and said the bathroom doesn’t work.A liar and useless person. The place was empty. Big surprise.

Hadn't been to a Subway in 18 months. Every since they slashed the 5.99 subs, I refused to buy their subs. This trip I bought Subway Club that used to be 5.99 but I paid 11.00 dollars. Never again.

Google says they’re open on Sunday. The sign on the door says they’re open on Sunday. They were not open on Sunday.
I placed a pick up order. i called with a question just for the man to throw away my food and hang up on me dont spend ur money here. i asked for the person i was speaking with name and he refused to give me his name or a refund completely
