Went into buy soda and chips, my friend needed to use the restroom. Guy behind the counter gave us a look up and down as if we're some homeless people and said the bathroom doesn't work. A liar and useless person. The place was empty. Big surprise.

I placed a pick up order. i called with a question just for the man to throw away my food and hang up on me dont spend ur money here. i asked for the person i was speaking with name and he refused to give me his name or a refund completely

Ordered food on app and when I arrived they didn’t have the box of cookies. Refused to refund me literally $8 and told me to contact customer service even though I order through the subway app for this location specifically. When I asked for help on who to contact because there’s no option on the app for refund I was again told to contact customer service. It’s been an hour and Im still dealing with this for 8$…. This place makes a lackluster sandwich and WILL REFUSE A REFUND even if they’re out of product. There are two other subways in walking distance… so yourself a favor and skip this one.

I literally just left the subway. They did not have any kind of bread except white or Italian with cheese. But cool I got white, but right off the top I asked for bacon on my sub and when she began making my sandwich she put the bacon right on the sub without cooking it. I asked her was the bacon cooked and she said no, I said well can you put it in the microwave as I have seen done many times over the years. So bacon is not cooked and you going to put raw bacon on the sub? OK and then once she finished my order instead of placing the bag at the counter where I was she stuck it behind their counter like I am going to run off with the food! LOL . Through it all I still decided to tip her, no thank you, have a good day , screw off nothing. Wow maybe its me that is big on customer service and not profiling someone. Raw bacon on a sub? IF I had not said anything she would have put it there. I live in the area but I will never go here again.

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE A SERVICE DOG AND HE WAS SO RUDE DIDNT ASK FOR CERTIFICATION RESPECTFULLY.. i then showed certification and he wouldn't serve me because of how disrespected I had already felt. worst place ever. do not recommend if you want someone respectful to make your sandwich.

For the first time in months, I was able to use one of the coupons.Previous visits, there was always an issue with the scanner or whatever cash register on-screen error that appeared.It's funny how now I'm getting to use it at $6.99 instead of $5.99 like it used to be. The Bella Mozza better be worth it because since coupons for these restaurant chains are adding a dollar and cents little by little.This could be my last time using subway's coupon deals for awhile. Bout to go cheap and get a salad sandwich (Veggie Delight) act like a vegetarian for the moment and become a cheapskate on occasional visits.Food finally found its value and worth after we tossed and wasted it over the years.

The communication with the salesperson was unfortunate and demonstrated the need for customer service training. Telling customers he was the only person there, when there is no one in the restaurant- to validated his nasty attitude is an indication he believes he has the right to act in any unprofessional manner. Hope management take the appropriate action. We will never visit the North Charles St location again.

I ordered an Italian bread footlong and the entire bread on the underside was moldy, tossed the whole sandwich after realizing after 1-2 bites. Bread was SO soggy (I had gotten it toasted) and tasted raw/gooey/moldy. Gross. Think twice before you go here, lost my appetite for 24hrs.

My food NEVER got delivered, but they refused to help me out in ANY way. They kept saying this is out of their control and I should contact elsewhere. Like, who am I supposed to contact? I understand this was not entirely their fault, but their customer service was beyond repulsive. They kept talking over me while I tried to explain my case, and kept hanging up on me. Bro, if you got charged for food that never arrived, you'd be upset too. At the very least, be nice about it.
