The woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my wife. The worker didn't have a name badge so it figures she'd be rude. Kept saying disrespectful comments to her co workers while she was in the restroom. GM should fire her in my opinion.

Horrible!!!! I ordered from them at 2am for delivery. They accepted my order even assigned a driver. Then as my driver was waiting outside we both received a message saying it was cancelled. Not only was it voided on my receipt by 2:23am but never received a refund AND when calling the number I was told it wasn’t correct. Reported it to Subway and have heard nothing in return yet. Maybe I need to go up there and share a piece of my mind!!!

Went in after a show in Rams head. Me and my buddy were the only people in subway other than a guy looking at his phone in the window seat. Asked for a sandwich and the guy told us he was out of rolls , we asked for bread then he said hold on we started telling him what kind we wanted and he said he didn't know how to make it. I suspect it was because we were two white dudes. We weren't rude but after this experience I will starve before I go to subway ever again . They had the stuff to make the subs . I could see it. He just wasn't going to make it for us. Whatever . As dirty as the place was would of probably got food poisoning anyways

Went in after a show in Rams head. Me and my buddy were the only people in subway other than a guy looking at his phone in the window seat. Asked for a sandwich and the guy told us he was out of rolls , we asked for bread then he said hold on we started telling him what kind we wanted and he said he didn't know how to make it. The guy serving told everyone that foot longs were the only option available, I accepted then asked for a cup of water and then later found out he charged me for a cup of water

I ate there many years ago. They let me continue to order the Breakfast BMT years after it was technically discontinued (I didn't realize it at the time). They were generous with toppings.

Whe we were here basically no fountain sodas worked except weird Fanta without carbonation (the fizz) The seats are getting teared apart, the Cushion literally is removable, the tables are wobbly as heck BUT, the workers are extremely nice and when I told them about the soda issue they were extremely concerned.What a Subway!

I mean look it's okay. It's Subway. I got this today because I needed something incredibly fast between meetings. And I was filled with a large sense of regret. As well I should because there's better sandwiches or lunch within a block of here. The woman working there was nice. But if you're in the area, and don't NEED Subway, you can do better.Also, bring back spicy mustard you cowards.
Got all the way home to realize the sub roll was hard as a rock .....I never been to a subway where the bread was so hard ? Nothing fresh about it ...I blame myself bc the tomatoes was watery and soggy...I couldn't get none on my sandwich.. red flag there ?

Went into this location yesterday, during the sleep token concert with the intentions of enjoying a delicious subway sandwich, but was greeted by the worker very unprofessionally. I simply wanted to wash my eating instruments, also known as my hands before consuming said sandwich. The employee told me I would need to purchase something before using the restroom, even though the line was wrapped around and he was off to the side on his cell phone. God forbid I actually did need to use the restroom! It would have been a mess! In the end, I used the restroom and decided in between to take my business elsewhere. I walked over to POYOTECA (Chicken Rico) and had a delicious flame roasted sandwich on a grilled roll that was absolutely to die for! Really helped get through the concert! Thanks for the help, but the employee needs a little help with customer service skills. Washing hands is sanitary, please also teach him this. Thanks Subway and POYOTECA!Edit:Looks like you guys are great at using cell phones instead of working or helping customers! Another reviewer posted a picture of a worker in his cell phone ??! Keep up the good work!!!!

Clean and really nice staff. Very well keep. The drink area was not full of old sticky soda on the bottom grill and floor. Unfortunately, I have had that experience.

My mom and I stopped by there yesterday after she received a Subway gift card as an early birthday gift from my brother. It was our first time visiting that location, the staff was awesome, our food was good and correct, the store was in good shape and clean, even gave my mom extra bowl of banana peppers as a little surprise which was nice. Will definitely recommend this location and me and my mom will be back there soon.
