Ran out of bread at 3pm on a Sunday. Not happy especially since I ordered online at their website. I scheduled my pickup at 330pm upon arriving at the store and noticed that the open sign was off. I walked up to the front door and went inside. The attendant there said I closed and ran out of bread. Really like I said 3pm Sunday. Not my problem next to a college and during a buy one get one sale. Said she didn't know how to refund my purchase. Just an awful experience. I give great reviews but not about this. Sorry you all really messed up. Now you have lost myself, daughter and roommates and possibly more college students business.

The woman who often works here alone is so MEAN! She gets angry at customers who utilize the online ordering app. Argues with customers who want to use coupons or promotional app deals. So if you order online, just know your sandwich will not be ready at the time the app tells you it will be. And if you get there and she has a line of customers, she will make you wait for your order until she finishes the walk-in customers. I do NOT recommend patronizing this location. I will go to the one on Charles St or St. Paul St, before I ever patronize this location again.Horrible service.

Zero stars tbh, food is fine but everytime I come in to pick up a mobile order the miserable lady is just terrible. She has an attitude for days and always says something about not using coupons in the future? She bugging for that, will still use them ? idgaf.Anywho she should be fired ?‍♀️ especially when every single review is talking about the customer service, or lack thereof

I want to start out with how rude and unfriendly the woman is who work there! Disgusting, the worst service I've ever received at a Subway, let alone any establish. I went in to order 2 subs. She didn't greet me, then asked me if I wanted a sandwich.... no "Hello or How can I help you?". She made me wait until she was done sweeping the floor and took a phone call. Finally, began to make my sandwiches, when we got to the toppings (spinach, tomatoes, onions etc.) I saw gnats flying around the toppings, sitting on the condiment bottles and the glass. I told her I no longer wanted the sandwiches, because its unsanitary to have bugs on your food. This isn't Holy Moly Donut shop from the movie "Friday After Next". She got furious with me, like I would pay money to consume food that I clearly see gnats flying on and around. No thanks! She began to yell and continued to as I walked out the door. I ended up going to the Subway on N. Charles Street where I received awesome service.

Everyone Be Honest...The Customer Service Is TERRIBLE!!! I oredered my food through the app and when I arrived to pick it up the food wasn't done no one was in the restaurant at first and as I asked for her to complete the order she made it her business to say "YOU PEOPLE", 100 times. #1 the order was 10 minutes late and she was upset at me because she stated I called and canceled the food!!! NEVER AGAIN..if I could give them ZERO starts I would!!!Kid-friendliness: This place is no one FRIENDLY

I recently went there to pick a pizza for a quick lunch with some friends. First of all, she is HIGHLY racist and even though being nasty and sick, she refuses to wear a mask. She overpriced the food because the pizza was originally supposed to be $7.24, but the lady raised it just bc she wanted to give me extra cheese i didn't ask for and barely gave change back. I even had to yell at her for service and even though i ordered a cookie, she made me charge extra for something i already payed for. Do not and i mean do NOT EVER go to this location.

The lady that works here stated that she hates black people and that they were "dangerous." I don't know why she continues to work in a building that is attached to an assisted living apartment building that is 95% African American populated. Or why is lives in Baltimore in general, as she immigrated from India, which is a long way to live near people she is racist against.

Rude middle aged woman cashier needs to drop her attitude or quit. YELLED AT MY BOYFRIEND IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS FOR TRYING TO USE THE BATHROOM! After he was going to use the bathroom I was planning on ordering a sandwich, however I decided to walk out of the store with my boyfriend. I don't have the time or patience to deal with people's attitude. Sorry you don't like your job lady but yelling at people just because they have to pee is so disrespectful.

Zero stars for this location if I could. Unfortunately the long time employee (woman from Asian decent) harassed and publicly humiliates clients especially black ones. Why does she still work here? Over 3 years of complaints. Poor service, harassment, old food items that are stale and expired. My sandwich bread was stale. She claimed you could not use apple pay. When I downloaded the APP as advertised on the window she berated me and told me.i had to give my card or cash. Even after I purchased my food via the APP she continued to demand I pay with cash. I've never had a problem with Subway before but yesterday was the worst experience of my life as a customer.
