The man who made the subs did not speak English, so ordering was complicated. He said we could use the coupons we had, but after the subs were made he rang them up at full price. I showed him the coupon again and he called some man on video chat who claimed to be the owner who said they do not accept coupons. It was a total waste of time. We went to another Subway 1 mile from there and got excellent service.

I am literally furious. We never received our delivery order, and when I called (8 times) i kept getting different voices "this number is no longer in service", which clearly isn't true. They outsource delivery to doordash... Who also hasn't been helpful. Order didn't arrive, and no way to communicate with the driver.
