The bread was fresh and soft. My sandwich was prepared with care. My cookie was crispy on the edges, chewy in the middle, and still a little warm from the oven. The woman who served me was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. I really like this location!

I have never been more disappointed in any Subway shop, and that is saying a lot. (I have been a fairly regular customer here for the last couple years.)
The people here are friendly enough, but they are *very skimpy* with their sub fillings. I always have to ask for more just to get a *fair* amount of veggies.
Today, my colleague was going there so ordered a sub for me. I wrote down exactly what I wanted: veggie burger sub on whole wheat with everything, no cheese or hots, extra spinach and banana peppers, oil & vinegar, a little mayo. Pretty simple.
Instead, when I went to eat it for dinner tonight, what I got was pathetic: no veggie burger, no tomatoes, no olives, no bell peppers, no onions… About a dozen leaves of spinach atop wilted white lettuce, a dozen or so pieces of banana peppers, and globs of mayo.
I called the restaurant to find out what happened. They tried to blame it on my colleague, but I reminded them that it was written down what to put on the sub, and they acknowledged reading my note. And then they hung up on me!
Because their location is so convenient, I bothered to call back. They asked what they were supposed to do about it. I suggested that they apologize for the lame sub, and offer me a replacement. Good business tactics, right? Instead, they hung up on me again!!
So not worth supporting.

It’s a Subway, you know what to expect. But every time I am in here there is little to no wait, the food is prepared quickly and tastes fine, and the place is clean. I have not been overcharged, so have not seen that. If you’re in the mood for Subway, or simply a healthier option than McDonald’s, check them out!

Do NOT order from this store. I pulled the longest strand of hair out of my mouth from my sandwich and was MORTIFIED! My other sandwiches were also prepared horribly. When I called the store to let them know they couldn't have cared less & hung up on me. They need to be investigated by the Health Department.
